Imm has to get the SP to move up to gain from any landstead deal …
As you pointed out , they gained from the first Landstead deal yet they lost on the second and they lost more than what they gained on the first deal

So overall they have lost more on thèse share deals than they have gained …

Let’s hope this one will change things …

Whilst being agreement with most of what you said , it must be stated that the landstead deal is a double edged sword for IMM

WIN WIN or LOOSE LOOSE

Landstead will always make money no matter what the fluctuations in the SP..

The formula one mechanics may just turn that allegro into a Ferrari :-)

It’s very hard to comprehend the SP at the moment with all the potential but whatever patience and conviction go together :-)

The last placing before this one was also at 11p …

One has to be objective, this is still a placing …if Avion weren’t willing to support IMM , who else would ?

Now stating that , IMM have dug themselves out of a hole and that is positive …

Let’s just wait and see if they can move on from here or not … the road is still very long

If Avion were pitching for a takeover , they would have subscribed for more than £1.2 mill, imo

With all due respect ..I hold your opinion in high regard ( as you know ) but everyone has to invest with their own trading plan ..
IQAI for me has the potential to mutibag many times over as some will trade it to make their 10-20% whilst others like myself and cie will put our investment in the bottom drawer and patiently await our target …

Bottom drawer investment for me …

Will wait patiently for a year or two ( if we aren’t taken over in the meantime :-). )

You should apply for a public relations spot with IMM..
As we all know, IMM are great at promoting - promising but their track record speaks for itself , imo
In my view, the TIM Team are on probation so they will have to deliver a bit more than promises in the future.

I don’t believe that the major shareholders like Robert Zimmer would accept that ..but I could be wrong :-)

Too much focus is put on what Trevor is up to , imo

We should be concentrating on the company’s prospects and not on the old fox’s tax strategies..imo

No capital gains on profits from trading shares unless it’s your full time occupation, but dividends are taxable as income
