I personally got in before the special dividend and have put my shares in the bottom drawer whilst keeping myself informed .
This new development with gene and cell therapy has poked my LT interest :-)

One would have to be blind or clueless to not see the potential but like always these things take time and money . So , do the research and like it or leave it …

The analysis of Virus Like Particles (VLPs) is a further application of Paraytec's technology. VLP's are a key technology used to deliver treatments in the rapidly growing market for gene therapy medicine. These VLPs are capsids (very small biological capsules) and are used to carry a modified DNA that will perform the gene therapy, into a patient's body. Critical to patient safety is the quality control of these VLPs. However, current analytical methods are not well suited to testing these materials during all the stages of VLP manufacture. Paraytec is now building a modified CX300 instrument to show that its new technology can be used to detect the ratio of full/empty capsids, a critical quality attribute to be determined both during production and following purification. Paraytec is working with FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies and the UK's Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult on a collaborative proposal for development of our instrumentation and comparing performance with current analytical methods during manufacturing runs.

10p for me is a minimum, under normal market conditions…with the current potential..
What is needed is more turnover and then the sky is the limit

What is hard to understand is that the last placing was done in late December at 11p , an 80% premium to the SP at that time. They could have done it at 10p , Which was the voted nominal at that time ..
There must have been a good legal reasoning behind the choice of 11p, imo
Anyway , here we are in July and we are still talking about fund raising so my question is why did’nt Alora subscribe for more millions ?

All talk about Fund raises but one should not forget that overheads have been reduced and Landstead have made monthly payments in 2022 …

Funds should be sufficient for the time being , imo but one never knows for sure .

I think we should be focusing more on the pipeline and the other assets , as there are multiple opportunities for adding value , imo

I do agree that they are learning from past mistakes and therefore chances are higher of getting a positive result .
That said , we will have to wait and see the revised protocol and then review things .
Cautious optimism is the form :-)

What this news confirms is that Avion are going after a certain population of lupus patients ( estimated 60% of sufferers) ….

The cash balance as of the 31/12/2021 of 1.6 mill .. OK

The landstead monthly payments have to be added to that Cash figure …
One of those monthly payments ceased this month ,as that plan expired… so we have only one monthly payment left from here on in .

Cash will / should be scarce in the coming months but we will have to see what rabbits are left in Tim’s hat …imo
