Doing a back of the envelope calculation, one could imagine that they now have a net position of 3 million shares ( at a net capital investment of £105k )

My two cents for what it’s worth

If IMM had’nt changed the formulation of Lupuzor , we would have started the P3 trial , over a year ago . ..

For many reasons ( including patents, dosing etc ) Avion and IMM decided to change the formulation, manufacturing etc …but in doing that they have altered the product and therefore need the FDA to ´ sign off ´ on that .
That is why i think that in the worst case scenario , the FDA might request a P2 trial first ..

Just the ramblings of ´ a village idiot ´ so one has to take with a pinch of salt ..

No matter if the FDA does’nt give the GO Ahead on the P3!, Lupuzor will be at last moving forward (with a better chance of getting to the market , it will just take a bit longer )

The main question for me is down to protocols, will the FDA ,allow the new formulation of Lupuzor to proceed directly to a P3 trial or will they request a P2 trial first ?
IMM have never communicated on other possibilities apart from CIDP where they have mentioned P2/P3 , so therefore we will have to wait and see ..

If Avion were even thinking about doing a bid ( at this time ) would they not have participated in the last fund raise at 5p ?
Would they have allowed such huge dilution to their holdings by letting L1 and Lind and Landstead get their hands on nearly 20% of the capital ( warrants ) ? ?
I don’t think so , but some will find some other insights to be sure

Yes , the agenda ( what Avion are requesting from the FDA ) is unknown ( apart from permission to do a P3 trial ) of course .
We were informed that all parties would submit written requests and receive written replies .
The date of the 29/08 was the deadline agreed by the FDA to respond to Avion on their submissions .

Avion have therefore received the FDA response letter and should now know if their submissions have gained agreement or not .
I am convinced that they have anticipated much of what is contained in this response letter so we should’nt have long to wait before the boards discuss the finer details and let IMM inform the market …

Your discussions on the other board with Eva / Oscar helped you take a bet ?

Imm would have to apply for a fast track designation which should be granted automatically as Sle is still ( to my knowledge) eligible
