What is surprising for me is that they have only converted 1 milllion options , a mere pittance for them .

Profits can be made back elsewhere but if you lose your capital well ..game over

Short time traders cannot be blamed for flipping and derisking their investments before a binary decision , imo
30-40% profit should not be sneezed at from a financial point of view.
However one might not condone from a moral point of view, is the pump and dump commentary to attain that profit, but whatever …

What is funny about these boards is that a pumper is acclaimed and yet someone who points out things that don’t add up is scorned upon and is categorized as an idiot etc etc
My personal view has always been to be contrarian and to think for myself and not to be spoon fed by CEO ´s and other commercial propaganda etc etc .
I know that this is susceptible to criticism from many , as it goes against the way these boards work .
People prefer to listen to like minded investors who confort them in their investments.
If looking with a critical eye is scorned upon , so be it ,but personally, I prefer to invest with my two eyes wide open after a good discussion with others ..
In investing , one never gets it right all the time , but to survive , one has to be right more often than wrong .
Sorry for being a contrarian ´ head master ‘ but I certainly won’t be changing despite the criticism !

Sorry for being so contrarian and my ´head master ‘ Style attitude but it’s still the FDA that decides things about clinical trials and protocols and nobody else.

If the FDA are not satisfied with the ´new ´ Lupuzor , they could refuse a P3 trial and ask for some other trials , is my view but whatever , we shall soon know

If IMM had’nt changed anything in the Lupuzor formulation etc , you would of course be right . The FDA would have allowed the new P3 with IMM excluding all patients not having the bio marker , imo

The FDA won’t be influenced by presumed odds of efficacy in endorsing this new P3 .

After changing the Lupuzor formulation and CMC criteria , all that really matters now to the FDA , imo,

Has IMM ticked all the equivalency boxes ?

Is the new criteria for this new P3 , compatible with the FDA guidelines on Lupus trials ?

The question of financing the CIDP trial is complex for the simple reason that CIDP lis part of the LUPUZOR platform so therefore IMM have already signed away the US rights to Avion .

Clarity should be forthcoming as soon as IMM get the feedback from the FDA , imo

You are correct in that respect BUT what should be taken into account this time around is the rest of the pipeline , especially CIDP imo
I project some major interest in this indication and only time will tell . In the meantime one just has to be patient and be aware of the potholes.

It’s not the green light to start the trial that unlocks the milestones with Avion . Avion and IMM have to get Lupuzor approved and on the market before any payments .

In the meantime IMM has no revenue ..
