If one considers the pipeline ( even if it’s P2) well apart from market sentiment one cannot believe that this is the real valuation, but whatever ..

I think that most people are aware of the red flags by now and it’s needless for you to repeat them day in , day out , with your SP targets well below the current low level .
There are always two sides to a coin but it’s amazing how you only portray one side at a time depending on your buy/sell agenda .

Funding is of course the main concern but as Avion was prepared to spend up to $25 million on a P3 trial , they might be inclined to spend a few more million . The ongoing discussions will possibly find a solution ( it’s just a question of what IMM can offer them , imo )

All conjecture, of course , as we are not privy to anything at this time

I think the RNS lacks information to us , shareholders…
I have no problem giving incentives to employees but I would like to be informed on who exactly are getting the warrants and how many , as well as any particular milestones that have to be met ?

The market has taken a short term view of things , imo
Whilst I also think that there will be some delay in getting to a P3 stage, the dossier will be more Robust and therefore giving a better chance at getting approval at some stage and maybe in multiple indications… If one is LT , then what’s a bit more delay vs a better chance scenario ?

What is needed is clarity and the sooner the better , imo

What is intriguing, is the wording on the recent communications from IMM

One should note that IMM writes about all clinical trials , yet never makes reference to the ´ upcoming ´ P3 trial in lupus which seems to have disappeared.

This suggests to me that further trials maybe necessary before the ´ upcoming ‘ P3 but whatever , everyone to their own logic

Sentiment is a funny thing as ever changing :-)
The market has currently anticipated a lot of bad news , imo , and as you say ´ it’s not pretty’ but anything better than your predictions should / could change the sentiment so we shall just have to keep a stiff upper lip whilst awaiting further updates .

Whilst not many are expecting good news , one has to be stoic and not expect the worst case scenario that you are predicting. Whilst the worst is a possibility, the odds are in favor of other solutions, imo
Why ? Because there are still discussions going on Between IMM and Avion on the next steps . If that was not the case , we would have been informed by now . Imo

It is my opinion that If IMM/Avion had not opted to change their formulation /cMC , that the P3 trial would be well underway by now as theFDA would have no regulatory reason to disallow the trial .
What griefs or misgivings they might have would be debated after the trial whilst they debated on the marketing approval application, imo
What Avion is trying / tried to do, is derisking the potential regulatory obstacles before spending a lot of money, imo

All of this is pure guesswork/deduction but whatever, we shall just have to wait and see because nothing is black or white but a certain shade of grey .

That Avion won’t or will find any further possible trials is where we differ in our opinions …
D’or the moment we don’t have sufficient information on what exactly the FDA has recommended SO we have different possible scenarios..
it is inconceivable for me that Avion and IMM have not anticipated this situation, as they were , IMO , instigators , of the changes to the dossier …

Only time will tell , but , for the moment , let’s agree to disagree …

As already stated on numerous occasions, I think that Avion will stick with the P140 platform even though it’s unlikely that they have got the go ahead for the p3 trial yet
As already said I believe that the fda have asked for a P2 trial due to the changes made to the dossier …
It may be a step backwards before going forward but it’s surely much better than what you are suggesting

The only significant shareholders in IMM are not concerned by any margin calls , imo
The L club are the only major holders alongside Zimmer so as far as I can see , if we get a TR1 it would have nothing to do with margin calls ..

I don’t believe that any lawyer would allow his client to sell his stake at this time as imo that would be insider trading !
