@halfbutt, i am being contrarien, with this post but whatever.. If one does'nt believe in the science, the next RNS could quite well be negative for the SP......Imagine if one of the BOD sold shares, imagine if the CNRS were pulling the plug, imagine if IMM were shelving Lupuzor....what would happen ?? If one believes in the science however, one would not believe possible any of this but..... Be Confident while being prepared for the worst is my motto as always BOL to you and for your retirement plan, Halfbutt...

@K3VMC You talk about putting "a slant on things" but i must admit you're a master at the task.... When you talk about Benlysta ..you associate "death"....can you please give a source for the number of deaths ?? When you say "complete remission" you should say "full remission" -- there is a difference :-) Listening to you, you would think that Lupuzor succeeded the trial...but no it failed and failed badly...imo They have seen a trend...but is that enough ?? It has no "serious side effects" is that enough ?? The FDA will decide, whatever you or i think, but first...Imm will have to file for approval so just let's wait to see if their "regulatory advisors" think they have even a slim chance.... DYOR

@Teabiscuit, For once, i agree with you..imo..it's now down to "do or die" for Lupuzor Do any deal with a pharma (on the p3 data analysis alone ) to try again... the extension study is only about safety ( which has already been demonstrated) or shelf it...and move on The SP will depend on the BOD ability to do a deal or not....

@Nkotbuk, I agree with a lot of what you say but one has to weigh up the chances of success in doing a deal and bringing the drug to market ......(everybody has to make up their own mind on this point) There are other lupus candidates to report their clinical trial results in the near future(no names mentioned) whom imo have better "potential" in the short term.for Lupus patients and for biotech investment... Time will tell...and as you say everyone to their own convictions..

"All it takes is a better trial, bigger trial and good execution" That dosen't seem to be an option with IMM....and will take at least 2-3 years imo.....so will be far behind Anifrolumab (if they suceed ) ... Best of luck to you ...
