Benlysta is not considered an optimal drug by the FDA but it's on the market and had better results on their trial than Lupuzor...so just saying that Lupuzor has a better safety record does not make it a "superior drug ". imo https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/04/180420122847.htm

Richardo, Big Pharmas are desperate to find new drugs...Exact ... but drugs that work ..... They have a lot of choices at this time so why pick a drug that has failed ??

@CEO86, I have tried to get people to understand that there are many Lupus trials ongoing at this time, and that IMM with these results have lost out badly....they have lost their advance to market now.....Getting onto the market first (behind Benlysta) would mean bigger market penetration.... People do not seem to comprehend that Lupuzor with these results have been relegated to the third division....

I agree with a lot of what you have said Mike10613......".The data needs to be analysed more closely and more trials need to be done." but this takes time and money...so one should ask oneself if IMM have the time and the money ?? Time ....depends on the market and the other competitors in Lupus.....After talking with a lot of Lupus specialists, there seems to be great interest in the Interferon pathway -and P3 results from Astra-zeneca-anifrolumab due soon...If this trial is a success, as predicted by many leading specialists....will there still be time for a lupuzor comeback ?? - Money......Imm have at this stage learned that a larger patient trial is necessary.....Estimated cost 50-80 million Will IMM be able to finance this amount ?? When one has the answers to these questions.....then one will be able to see if Lupuzor has a future or not in Lupus imo

No, i am just observing and learning ....before leaving you all.... On to the next Lupus biotech, for me....
