Here's another one - IBAB sees a team low down in the table after just three games into the season and he thinks that is where it will stay all season. He doesn't realise that the season goes on and things change.

A flagpole and flag - "it could be currently forming on the THX chart" - and "there are many good tutorials on the internet" - that says a lot about me - positivity and happy to pass on information to help others. That, rather than mockery, is how I prefer to use my brain power. It is a pity I have to devote a tiny part of it to rebuttals, but sadly they are necessary.

I will soon be known as Saint Noel.

(Much of the humour in my posts has been missed. It is rather dry, but a clue to me having a sense of humour is in the name - Noel Shempsky. You need to know who the real Noel Shempsky is. )

There are many good tutorials on the internet. I know only about five patterns and they have served me very well. They are easy to learn.

There is one pattern that has given me some very good gains - the flagpole and flag. I mention that one because it could be currently forming on the THX chart. Click on the charts link above and then choose "2Y".

See the sharp rise from 25 Aug to 01 Sep - that is the flagpole. If a flag forms at the top of that pole, then the likelihood is a sharp jump of the same height as the flag pole. The flagpole went from 49p to 66p, so we will see a rapid jump of 17p.

Note - "If a flag forms". It is too soon to say for certain and this is the main reason why chart forecasts go wrong - people think they see a pattern forming and jump in, but they were premature and judged it wrongly.

We will soon see if it is a flag forming. Then I will be buying.
