"beaten down by FLX" - what you mean is I have shaken off my bigotted attitude and faced up to reality. i wonder how long it will take you to do that. Quite a long time I should imagine judging by the way you have failed to grasp the point of my last posting.

If you think he can say what he likes, then stop questioning why he posts on here and let him say what he likes.

One more point on "beaten down by FLX" - I've been in this for many years. That means years of watching it go down and down, and then down again, and all in spite of the reasons for buying. They have been there all the time but the sp ignored them.

I have just had a punt on good news coming, so I am hopefult of a rise. If you got in only recently at a low price and the good news does come and you end up making a gain, don't think your gain was the result of shrewed judgement. In the case of FLX, the reasons for buying don't apply to the sp, it ignores the reasons. Your gain will have been due to pure luck in catching the bottom.

Fairview - your comments are very similar to the sort of thing I used to post on here.

I was always looking for the good news and I kept convincing myself of reasons to buy, but I was blind to the reality of the falling sp. FK1 kept pointing it out, but I was convinced that I was right.

I was a mug. It took me too long to learn that you can't fight the market. The share price ignores theoretical reasons to buy.

I bought more FLX yesterday, so, obviously, I still get taken in by the the reasons to buy, but that was a pure gamble on the results offering good news.

I hope you can see that I am not against you or having a dig at you.

I am simply trying to point out that when we are too rogid in our views we are likely to lose money. Take on board all advice and opinions, consider it and don't reject an opinion just because you don't agree with it. None of us can see the future and that other opinion might turn out to be right.

You question FK1's reasons for posting on here. I'm grateful for his postings.

Please calm down and if you don't like his opinions, then simply don't read his posts.

He has made forecasts that, in time and often in a very short time, were proved to be good forecasts. He has done it time and time again. That is someone worth listening to.

I have to disagee with "throws the toys put of the pram". He robustly defends himself and he ought to, as he has been right time and time again.

Go back far enough on this board and you see that I used to attack him in the same way you do, but I try to be open minded and not wear blinkers and so I came to admit that he is always right.

Ignore FK1 at your peril. I learned that the hard way.

Like you fairview, I see the positives - the new broker, the SolarWinds tie-up, we have a Hambro on the board and cyber security is a booming business. As you know, I bought a few more yesterday, so I really do see the positives - but I face up to reality - FK has always been proved right. I might not agree with someone's views, but I am prepared to admit it when they are right.

I can see sub 500p. IMHO

That 300,000 "sell" at 08:24 was a buy. I couldn't resist a gamble on good results.

"Suggest you invest elsewhere if you disbelieve our CEO who understands the political changing climate for mining in Tanzania" - even the great Jim Sinclair has, for several years, been trumpeting what a good country Tanz is for mining and he praised the politicians for their fairness - but look at what happened to ACA.

I don't call what happened to ACA "fair" and in my opinion, Sinclair is either misguided or he is acting out of self-interest in grovelling to the politicians in the hope that they don't attack his mining interests in Tanz.

The SHG share price tells me that nothing has changed. This time next year it will still be under 9p and we still be waiting for the VAT refund - but I will make a proviso - if SHG pays a dividend then the sp will go up.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I'm hanging on in the hope of dividend payments..
