Well mhc has a new ceo with marketing experience unlike the previous ceo and links with the Ygen Ceo, non exec diretor here and she has worked for BBI and in pharma for yonks before.

Plus mhc is on the test to release government website, which you have to buy from if you want to not wait an extra 5 days inside without being able to do business if you are travelling for business.I reckon alot of people would choose to pay if self-isolating at home.

Mhc is still priced for no revenue imo this year pretty much like last year with the old ceo.The test to release scheme should be a money printing machine sometime.You couldn't pay to be on it and alot of companies aren't!

Just spotted the tiny amount of shares in issue, only 25 mill.

Me too.Mab and Mars both rose on the day this lockdown was announced or started (i forget which).I sppose somebody must like em right now at this price still.

I don't think it's a bubble though imo.Just institutions buying in right now i guess for their own reasons.Maybe betting that pubs will be open sooner rather than later.

Re: Sell or hold?
The market values your pmo shares right now at around the 20p mark when the merger is done and dusted at least i would assume (or the price would have plummeted already) and all pmo shares are converted.I reckon as the merger progresses the price might increase as i guess the market still might see a wee bit of risk in things not going forward.Not 100% sure on that in terms of the legals that still have to be done.There could still be temporary downside with price of oil decreasing obviously.However the new company won't be saddled with so much debt.So if you still like the company i would hold.

I second emailing but will give a stab at an answer anyways lol.The GBP are just the par or nominal value of the shares i think so to be disregarded.I assume it is a 1 for 1 swap.It wouldn't surprise me if the deferred valueless share is something legal to do with the merger and can be disregarded/disappears when the new shares in the combined group are issued or something (March 29?).Actually i checked the appendix that's the date that the completion of the merger and debt restructuring becomes effective.

Talking recommendations, anyone like sbi? like sourcebio as well as evgen ofcourse for a longer hold!Bunch of cash in the bank, all debt paid off, increasing revenues and ebitda.Plus a yankee ceo who seems the epitome of many ceos of similarly relatively small mcap British listed companies (170 mil mcap now).Really on the ball and seems to be a go getter from watching his interviews this week!

Yep.The website's algorithm isn't sophisticated and reliable enough to be used for any kind of even simplistic potential trade data analysis.

He comes across as a very American CEO (which i guess seems obvious) which is a change for the british markets for a company with sbi's low market cap.

I feel reassured that the ceo is the best man for the job and obviously he can win contracts/network/sell/manage staff all the things you need in a business happening at the same time!

Totally agree.There's usually always some sort of inital investment but youtube and insta and others i would assume have lots of analytics on the particular influencers subsriber base so you can weedle out the right ones for your brand.

There's always potential exponentiality in sales and growth for a relatively small initial investment and as more people buy hopefully they'll do the work and tell some friends also into skin and beauty if they like it too.

It is still relatively low cost compared with traditional costs, unless you go for Kylie Jenner or Eddie Hall ofcourse (!).He's worked his way up on youtube from Strongman success a few years ago - hardly a top 10 sport too and is always in a boohoo man tshirt now (although they must be custom!).There's always facebook type, analytics driven targeted marketing too ofcourse.

I've seen a few articles mentioning the potential for further legislatipon regarding water monitoring at water plants owned by massive foreign pension companies etc.. and even a fine to one over the last few months.

Things are moving in the right direction with government guidelines and legislation but as we all know it can take ages and ages with the uk government.Government can be a very slow beast at the best of time.

It seem like GB's decision to focus on selling straight to businesses and not relying on new government legislation coming about or potential government tenders is already paying off.Other countries and businesses want dvrg's products already.

Also there's no disappointment if government don't make the orders or change their mind.Drvg have a diversified customer base and this revenue stream.

However it's good to water suppy and quality is finally being put on the table seriously but the government.

Yeah definitely been there with the selling before something it has even got off the starting line and thinking i could time an RNS and cleverly jump back in just before more than once this year.Did that with DDDD from 50p and VLS from 3.4p this year plus a couple others.Ooops.Luckily didn't sell TILS from 80p.Although i thought about it.
