Personally I see moonpig as a long hold and not so much for trading as long as you like it.It can be hard to get an solid idea of the value market attributes to a share too soon after ipo though.

However i do love Moonpig!

Tbh i don't think evgen is followed by enough to be ramped or deramped.Wrong board for ramping or deramping if you look around you can see the type of boards.Not much point if very few are listening.

Gray market?People who got in on the bookbuild can sell before the ipo floats to others and flip some for a quick profit.

Isn't one of THG's biggest sellers in terms of rev and profit its My Protein brand, which is doing pretty well in terms of brand and profit margin

Glad more tech shares are coming to the rather boring commidity heavy ftse, when we're not in a commodity supercycle.It attracts interest and liquidity.The lse are apparently looking at loosening the listing requirements, such as allowing 'founder shares', to attract more.

Robinhood?Unless there is any substantial chance of getting any equity value back after the creditors have had their pound of flesh or a potential lawsuit against the auditors or shetty and co?I'm guessing it's robinhood types as otherwise the adrs would have surged way more?Weird that the us haven't suspended the adrs.Anyone know why?

The Italians banned short selling of their banks a while back but the south koreans have temporarily banned short selling.So it can be done!However only if the government are interested in doing it as the regulators clearly have no teeth and insufficient resources to control a pub brawl nevermind billions/trillions of currency.

Wirecard was shorted years ago by the likes of Muddy Waters and the German government protected them for ages.I think alot gave up.Muddy Waters shorted alot of Chinese companies with overstated profits/non-existant fixed assets too when China was more of a wild west market.

With Carillion, half the problem was many folk didn't know for years before they were shorted they were booking profits and paying out huge dividends on way future earnings/long-term contracts.The damage was already done by then.

However wirecard, enron, nmc were frauds not just companies on their downers or hedge funds trying to make a quick buck at the expense of retail.

It's all over the boards.I think i first read it on tullow.I'm not sure if it is just a rumour or not tbh.It would make sense they couldn't be loaned out.However if the limit order is set too high and /orthe broker's get their interest for lending out the shares to instis who they probably provide with other corporate services, i wouldn't be surprised if they still did it anyway.Not sure if there are any firm legals regarding this either.Worth a try though.If anyone knows for sure i would be interested in hearing.

Compared with his overall holding this is miniscule.Who knows why?Maybe he needs to pay his kids' school fees.Directors do sell now and then for reasons like all of us, however bullish in a company's prospects.Now if they sell them all, i would start to worry.

Weird thing is Tim Cook could have bought Tesla years ago and minute value compared with its pricenowadays.I guess even Apple don't always get it right.I read that Apple are more interested in the whole electric car environment and the upselling of apple connected products than the actual car profits now though.Just repeating what i've read in mainstream financial news though!

Yeah.Alot of companies would love to just get on the governments approved testing lists (unless they know or are a relative of Boris or a con MP or councillor etc.. lol).

My target is not to sell if they are earning money and managed well by Penny.Why would sell a good company that increases revenue with good management for another unless it is increasing revenue at a better rate with better management?
