RE: I too am a recently retired patrol.16 Oct 2020 20:44
All the debt came from the private equity outfit that floated aa the last time. That's the modus operandi of a signifcant subset of pe firms, as it works.Buy a company, saddle it with debt which they pay out to themselves and then flog it on at a premium as a public listing.
I believe the accustem listing is logically the best for the company and not a sale as it will finally allow true value to be realised and grown for stemER.Part of the problem before was its true value and potential was hidden amongst other drug candidates.Otherwise logically why not just sell all their assets now and hand the money straight to the shareholders. We all hope there is more value in developing them in the future than selling now and investing our money elsewhere.
Still alot to look forward to as they have been tweaking the nuvec formulation for a couple of years now.Still positive as for some reason the positive control didn't produce any measureable expression the spike protein and the in vitro worked and caused an expression of the spike protein. The science is getting there, just takes time. The write up in a review journal 'drug discovery today' lends credence to the progress being made and the tech transfer has been done.
Positive few days. This sp is sold down by automatic algo trades here fairly often it seems. They'll only be able to keep it down so long though.Roll on the exploitation licence and getting started getting the ilmenite processed.

I'm sticking soros quantum fund are involved and a small cap fund ( LF Tellworth UK Smaller Companies Fund) have 5% recently.I trust instutions more than retail right now (which says something!)! lol.Retail are too hot right now and bubbling away like crazy on certain stocks still.Don't claim to understand the trades but will let it simmer for a few months and see as was always the plan.

Thought it was an error.Wonder what those are about as it hasn't shifted the sp and i don't follow or understand level 2 and mm stuff really.Anyway better actually do something more productive today than talk to myself!
Luckily it's pretty much an institutional stock (so little volume most days) so i'm hoping less downside unless they all decide to sell all at once!Would be my luck!I'm hoping volume will increase from them in the next few months and the lack of retail might mean less short-termed selling and a stabler sp.However, will probably go wrong lol.
I'm hoping that the hybrid office trend continues as more companies forego long commercial leases and commercial landlords decide to restructure their potfolios.Looks like this is totally an institutional share though like ASAI.I'm all alone on that board too pretty much!Anyone else still around?
