Don't worry about TW.He will turn his strategy around.Being on the retail traders side instead of against them is the way forward to make money nowadays for brokers.I've been with an american brokerage company that got bought by IG that have been on the retail investors side of ages.It's just getting attention now.Ignore retail at your peril.

Mhc is stil priced for very little revenue like last year imo.Penny a ceo with expertise and marketing experience came in at the right time.Bring on the daily revenue increases.Slowly does it and nobody can downplay cashflow!

Yes.I didn't get an email although my broker usually sends mail out for company actions.It's pretty much a box crossing exercise since mhc is valued above the placing price now.

Future valuation and mr/mrs/ms Market's appraisal of it : if only i knew.The tax credit and much better debt/equity ratio and management (ie. not buying hugely expensive assets at a historically high POO) should be pluses!Personally I try to figure out downside risk as much as i can at first and then let the market do its own thing short term.

I doubt it is because of shorters.I've had this problem with wanting to buy more shares in a company in the processs merging with one broker, while i could still buy with another.For me i had to fill out a sophisticated investors form, that is usually only for those wanting to buy warrants and other more exotic instruments.It sorted itself out in a few days there but annoyed me as it was just an ordinary share but some sort of complex swap!However this could be different but is a merger situation again so perhaps along similar lines.PMO will be changing ISIN evenually too i guess.I think that might have been part of the problem with one broker as maybe its software provider hasn't updated stuff yet.

If POO stays high for years : that is an optimistic view valuation in terms of earnings and thus p/e values surely and p/e multiples should expand to represent this, if POO continues rising and stays at a premium price for a prolonged period.

Maybe that is achievable long term and the merged company can hedge at a high POO for years to come.What are the odds of a sustained 70 dollars POO historically?Nevertheless with the green revolution and Biden negative on the shale industry it seems , it is not out of the question imo but is still a massive 'if'.

At least the management definitely seems to know what they are doing more than an ex Lehman Brothers bloke!Might be best to assume a lower average POO and then there's always the pleasant upside that mcap could overshoot that.

The marketmakers.I'm sure sophisticated and accurate algorithms might be available to buy by retail or at least the folk at Renaissance Technologies will know!

Just read the RNS.At least they're fully funded now (legs crossed).They managed to get a big amount relative to mcap for not a huge discount, which is encouraging.

Working towards filing an IND sounds interesting too.Would be nice if evg could get an listing on one of the smaller exchanges in the us.I forget what they are called something venture i think.That might increase us investor interest.
