Companies house has been updated with: Statement of capital following an allotment of shares on 18 November 2020
GBP 5,754,751.0739.

Apparently an allotment commonly refers to the allocation of shares granted to a participating underwriting firm during an initial public offering (IPO).
Anyone know what this could mean?

My suspicion is the SP is needed to go lower to allow the insiders to execute their warrants. Don’t they have options and warrants executable at 1.5? I think we will see an RNS for this before we see any positive updates.

Comparing the RNSs of 12th Nov and 16th Nov I find the following:
12th Nov : shares in trading 1573270231
16th Nov: shares in trading 1583270231
Difference: 10 000 000 (which equals the number of shares for the consultant)

@andip85 my understanding is that THE CONTRACTOR cannot sell his shares until August 21, but they will be part of the shares in circulation starting today.

Isn’t today the day that 10000000 shares that are issued to the contractor in lieu of payment go into trading?
Maybe that is the reason for the excessive shares in circulation?

I also suspect that IQAI is another investment that TB is abusing. He seems to buy low and sell high there too. He also recently converted loans into shares at IQAI and is a director of that company too.

There is a lot of ramping and de-ramping going around between BRH and RMS , which I thought were seen as “brother “ and “sister”!
It is quite sad to be honest. Whether RMS will fail or be the next Novacyt we will surely know in the future. Same goes for BRH. My worry is: does TB have the shareholders’ interest at heart or will he backstab both “brother” and “ sister” one after the other?!
I nearly sold RMS based on TB did, but held on believing in Dr. Cave and the amazing product. Still holding on to BRH for a while longer, hoping to sell before TB SHORT SELLS this too just like I suspect he did with RMS.

Maybe Trevor is selling up here too just like he did with RMS?! Invested in both, but am struggling to trust the guy now.

I noticed in the director dealings that Paul Ryan has sold previously too and is simply cashing in profits.
He sold 12,821,995 shares at 3.2 only to buy all of them back + some extra for only 0.28.
Today he sold 41,772,272 at 5.01. I wonder how many has he bought back at silly prices again. He is only filling his pockets and his transactions will not be a reflection of the company performance in my opinion.
On the other hand I am new to this and could be wrong.
