I was joking about him being our CEO, but you never know. :) Always DYOR and GL to all LTH. No one deserves success more than the holders of this share. :)
You’re welcome.
Could this mean that Brandspoke is the company dealing with introducing Pro-Larva to the Indian markets?

If so, the look quite impressive. They have the likes of TangleTeezer and BooHoo listed on their site.
@andip.
It certainly looks like the RNS was meant for next week. I have to say that although I am not expecting big things right now, I am definitely expecting big things in a few months.
Looking into Vivek Kohli (owner of the one man business the distribution agreement is with) it seems that he is actually the owner of Spag international.
https://www.linkedin.com/mwlite/in/vivek-kohli-8204903a.
I hope I have the right guy (there’s about 70 of that name in LinkedIn lol) , but I recognised his picture from his reply to the Department for International Trade in India tweet.
Imagine if he is our new CEO. Lol
Reading today’s RNS (which is nothing new, unless it has hidden hints to manufacturing partnership/deal) I found this bit interesting: “ This important healthcare partnership introduces affordable technology that will help protect the Indian population, saving lives and supporting a developing healthcare market.” Key word here is AFFORDABLE, when in previous RNSs it was clear that PRICE was a big issue in selling these masks. Is this a hint to a manufacturing deal?
It gets more interesting when I look into VKE Enterprises. The one we have the agreement with is a one man company incorporated in June 21 and apparently manufactures watches and clocks ( https://www.zaubacorp.com/company/VIVEK-KOHLI-ENTERPRISES-OPC-PRIVATE-LIMITED/U33309UP2021OPC148133 ), but they are part of the STAG Group, which has huge presence in the healthcare sector.
Furthermore, there are several other VKE businesses listed that deal with manufacturing, wholesale, distribution of a wide variety of items from clothing to plumbing and auto supplies (including machinery) Are these part of the same group? Many results seem to be hidden from my search due to EU Data Protection Laws apparently, but still trying to fit my puzzle.
So far I feel that it was intended for RMS to be remembered with a sour taste , but NNN to be having a great start ( one to be remembered and attracted to) . Time will tell I guess.
I agree with you fusionboy. The change of name does none of those, but embeds the identity and direction of the business. It emphasises what they do and creates a clean slate from the past.
They don’t need ideas as they already have plenty and the contracts I am sure will be signed soon. The potential for what they have is massive.
P.S. Your obsession with the machine is not healthy.! :)

Meant to say “no reason to believe they are being dishonest “. Apologies.
Reading the Q&A I still have not lost my optimistic view on RMS. Here are a few of my thoughts:
1. The BOD are fully aware of how shareholders currently feel about them. Would they insist on having a face to face AGM, if there was nothing positive to throw to the wolves when they attack? :) After all, they had the covid restrictions excuse to avoid facing them.
2. The delayed marketing makes total sense if they want to incorporate the new business name. Why pay for it twice. Many have complained that RMS was not mentioned anywhere, maybe Nanosynth will be mentioned once approved.
3. They have not made the 5 ply available yet, but state that FFP3 is being considered. No timeframe given is not necessarily “not happening “. I personally would prefer no timeline to missed deadline. I am doubtful that the new mask being produced by NHS has the P3F antiviral layer, but would love the surprise.
4. BOD being legally restricted from buying shares and continuing to be for some more time - no reason to believe they are being honest. Willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
5. Lobbying the government needs to be carefully considered to get the best value for money. Is this what the 2 upcoming events are meant to achieve? 6. Antiviral materials seem to be the future now. There’s talk about such materials to be used in covers for public transport seats, filters, hospital bedding, etc. Yes, there’s many that claim to have such materials developed out there, but the market is so big that even a fraction of it would make RMS very successful indeed.
Have a good day everyone.
Then why are new links popping up in my searches recently? :)

May I just add that there are plenty of FFP2 in the market and plenty that claim antibacterial effectiveness, but not many antiviral ones. I therefore do not see them as a better fit. I do see them as a good potential partner for licensing the a-virion material though.
I think you should remove the filter, because this time is quite interesting input by DrM. :)
Great link DrM.
You do not need to look too much to conclude that the German CE is a little suspect since they state they have been certified in “a SGS laboratory “, but do not state WHICH or where? Does it meet EU standards?
No breathability data either.
I hope he fits in size 8 clothing. Lol
I am afraid I have to agree with UG on this one. I don’t think there has been a licensing deal with this German manufacturer. That should have been RNSd if it’s the case.
Furthermore the German mask states that it has been tested, but not for how long it’s effective and “avirion”is not mentioned anywhere.
“Self-Decontamination: The outer layer of the mask has a Nano Copper Ion Technology which has an antibacterial effect. Its effectiveness has been tested and confirmed by an SGS laboratory”
This might be competitive, if they actually kill the virus and have lasting effectiveness similar to Pro-Larva.
The fact that nothing is mentioned in their description tells me that they don’t have the same effectiveness. This is my opinion of course and i kindly request the Twitter crew not to copy and paste my messages on that platform as statements.
I am not on Twitter by the way, but my search has lead me to such posts.
“ Nina writes "UG, Nina has been scraping the bowels of the internet for a long time now" Obviously Nina is Poorinvester.”
I nearly choked on my lunch when I read this UG. Thank you for making me laugh. :)
I assure you that I am not PI.
UG, Nina has been scraping the bowels of the internet for a long time now, but these “stories” have only appeared recently. Why do you think that is?
