At the top of my head I can also recall that we need a new piece of machinery, with complex engineering, to increase nano particle production. I need to dig more on the kind of engineering our CEO has experience in, but looks like another alignment to me. :)

UG, based on today’s RNS would you say that it will only be worth for the new CEO to exercise his options if the share price is HIGHER than the issue price? The way I see it is, the interests of the new CEO are lined up with those of the shareholders. It’s in the CEO’s interest to grow the business and the share price with it. The higher the market value of the share price, the higher the profit for him when he exercises his options. That is my understanding of it anyway. Happy to be proven otherwise.

“The options are exercisable in various tranches at prices varying from 1.00p to 4.00p and are subject to various additional conditions including the requirement for the Company's 20 day volume weighted average share price to exceed the exercise price within certain timeframes.“
The share price has to have exceeded 4p before 2023 for him to be able to exercise his last options.

Has the new CEO been announced or is this speculation? I can’t see an RNS for this. My page only shows 6 price monitoring extensions .

Forgot to add that so far we had products for growing crops, but nothing on animal and human nutrition. Could be even more coming. :)

TheTruth, I personally don’t think that the share price is rising only on the deal with India. I think people are realising that things are falling into place here now and the potential is way over £17 000 000.
One year ago P2F released good results on their chilli and basil trials and as a result Nano.10-9 was born.
One year ago P2F was granted funding for the antiviral mask and as a result Pro-Larva was born.
The company has made it clear that their focus is nanoparticles and hence 2 subsidiaries created. One to concentrate in commercialising products for farm growing, animal and human nutrition and the other concentrating on anti viral materials (mask and filters primarily, but more could follow).

Unfortunately TheTruth, it was HSBC and Hadron Capital that was dumping COPL on readmission and others followed suit. The issue of another over 800 000 000 shares did not help either. I don’t think people on BBs can have such a big impact on a share price to be honest. The big boys on the other hand……

I have been thinking about the upcoming event and the recently approved 5 layer mask that seems to have been forgotten. Is anyone else thinking that this will now be marketed to NHS and maybe a surprise a-virion FFP3 respirator will be surprisingly introduced, or am I the only one getting carried away here? Why do you think that “airfreighting the masks Direct to the distribution centre” means IMMEDIATELY? When I read that I understand that the items will go straight to the centre, without the need for further transportation from let’s say the airport to the distribution centre. No time related indications there IMO.

I think you will find that the BOD here is no longer falsely pumping this share’s price. They are creating “doubt”, but DELIVERING results.
