The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Why are NNN not all over this. Dr. Cave wants to make a difference in the world. He is getting too many chances to miss out on them in my opinion. :-)

@poorinvestor. Little one is ok now, very kind of you to ask. Thank you :)
@ExMS I have never lied or tried to misinform anyone in this board or anywhere else for that matter. A business that is not even one year old is newly incorporated in my books. The one we are discussing has been incorporated in Feb 21 (check Companies House) There has not been much activity from them that has come to my attention until the last 3 days. They have been tweeting 2 days in a row #Pro-larva and that is how I came across them.
I am invested here and do not spend a fraction of the time you spent trying to “save” others, when you are not invested yourself. If you want to be a samaritan I personally suggest volunteering for NHS. There are many elderly in your area (as well as mine) that have no one to talk to or help them out. Your time might be better spent helping people that actually need help, rather than “save” investors. I have found talking to elderly a lot more rewarding and informative than anything I have read or discussed in this BB. :) GL to you anyway.
I don’t know if it has been previously posted as I haven’t looked at this board recently, but it appears another newly incorporated business is trying to promote/sell Pro-larva. I can’t say they are an impressive business as there’s not much out there about them, but here’s the link for anyone interested in looking them up.

I would dread to think what it would be like, if it’s about to get worse with winter around the corner. I am currently at A&E (not covid related) and they are already struggling. I have been told to be prepared for a 7-8 hour wait for my 2 year old to be seen, even with referral by paramedics. They stated they are already at full capacity when it comes to beds. Staff at this hospital are already frightened of winter. I wish it is over soon, even if that means bad news for NNN. Stay safe everyone.
UG the refund will not be included in cash and cash equivalents amount, because it took place after the 30th of June as stated in the RNS.
No worries TLWilliams.
I do find it interesting though that Cloudveil does not appear on the “Subsidiaries “ list on the NNN website.
Maybe Axis Securities have made an offer to buy them out, which is either being considered or finalised. Just speculating as there have been no updates since the announcement of the partnership with them over a year ago. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/amp/news/925320

If you sort the products sold by Magnesium Healthcare by popularity, Pro-larva is listed first.
https://magnesium-healthcare.com/shop/?orderby=menu_order
So far we were only informed of the initial 100 000 and 350 000 orders for FML and Vivek Kholi, but no figures given for Numed, Magnesium nor 4Medicals.
Patiently waiting for results.
Interesting article ExMs, although this product is not available yet and it is not disposable. I personally see their technology better suited in other PPE, like aprons, which could be reusable by medical staff. As far as masks are concerned, I very much doubt NHS would buy reusable. Furthermore, the price of this new mask is not yet known and would therefore be too early to assume that Joe public or NHS would buy it over the Pro-larva one. That is just my honest personal opinion, before I am labelled a paid ramper. Lol
I will agree to disagree with you UG , as having already applied the tech to materials and nutrients is commercially viable. Otherwise those products would not exist and be listed for sale. Please do not start on the “no sale” argument as it’s already over discussed and I will not go on explaining my stance on the matter again. :)
I second that TLWilliams. Unfortunately this share has attracted a lot of “gamblers” with unrealistic expectations and no patience, hoping for an instant return. Those that have done their research, believe in the tech and have patience will not be influenced by the drivel in this BB. GLA
Oh…and Pro-larva is easier to remember as a name. I have spelled the other one wrong twice in one comment. Lol ??
@Cromer:
Deltarian mask vs Pro-larva:
Kills virus in 10 mins vs 5 mins
Not MHRA approved vs MHRA approved
Claims to meet EN14683 (European standards) vs EN14683 certified
No ISO18184 certification (international standard) vs ISO18184 certified.
Are these enough reasons to buy Pro-larva instead of Deltian?
Thank you both.
Forgot to add that they are based in Nottingham. :)
Anyone know how Volz and Midfilters are linked? https://www.midfilters.co.uk/
Volz plant is featured in the Midfilters website, but so far I have not been able to find links between them and am assuming that Volz is their manufacturer.
https://www.midfilters.co.uk/news/july-2020-midland-now-do-ce-certified-face-masks/volz-plant/
Midfilters have healthcare and specialist (airlines) listed in the sectors they serve amongst others.

It seems that NNN are ready to provide their patented technology to FILTER and MASK manufacturers. Moving more towards B2B, which I think is the right market for this tech.
My question was mainly aimed at fusionboy, but anyone can answer it. :)
From the AGM statement:
“Tailoring the structures of materials at extremely small scales makes it possible to achieve specific properties, thus greatly extending the materials science toolkit. Using nanotechnology, materials can effectively be made stronger, lighter, more durable, more reactive, more sieve-like, or better electrical conductors, among many other traits.
The Company's proprietary technology uses a spinning disk reactor to control both the size and shape of its nanoparticles. This highly scalable process is able to dial in nanoparticles with a very good polydispersity, typically +/- 2 nm tolerance, quickly and efficiently. “
I am no expert in nano technology, but even I understand that the filters will not have the exact same antiviral layer that is currently used in the Pro-larva mask. The size, shape and consistency of the nano particles for the filter material might differ to make it longer lasting and stronger.
What does the quoted statement tell you in case I didn’t quite understand it correctly?
Unfortunately the Scotish government have already awarded £600 000 to a Danish company for creating the covid passport app.
