Anyone else spotted the anomaly? Low numbers voting at AGM's, tiny declared institutional holders. My deduction is that there are two tiers of concealed holders consisting of HNWI's and funds. Tier 1 remain at <3%>1% and are only visible in the event of T/O (1% rule). Tier 2 remain <1% and can, on that basis, remain concealed.

The reasons for this strategy are manifold....as for me, sold the lot before the lift reached the ground floor after the 2019 AGM, bought a few back recently as a pure punt on the arbitration. The palpable gloom re dependence on UKEF was plain to see.
