Drilling Update - Well 13/12-1

Island Oil & Gas plc ('Island' or the 'Company') today announces that well 13/
12-1 (the 'well') on the Inishbeg Prospect in Frontier Exploration Licence 1/05
('FEL 1/05'), operated by Lundin Petroleum AB ('Lundin'), has been plugged and
abandoned.

FEL 1/05 is in the Donegal Basin on the Atlantic Margin offshore Ireland. The
well, which was spudded on 22 August 2006 in a water depth of 319 feet, was
drilled using the Petrolia rig.

No discovery has been declared, just interesting gas shows...we will have to watch an wait now.

What is the asset value here if COP26 persuades the Irish to continue importing oil from the tyrannies? Could a case be made to litigate for back costs and some of attributable value for circa 70mmboe contingent resources? 15-20p per ord share?

Totally misleading GRH, PRD has no assets in Morocco, only rented exploration acreage which may have commercial potential 'in italics now' provided that we carry on raising funds and using the proceeds for expensive operations ie wells/3D etc etc.

I use the word misleading because there is no possibility of raising debt finance with the exception of junk bonds IF we have a discovery, which we do not.

You could argue that Ram Head is an asset but with just one well in a licence which is stranded for political reasons! Everyone knows that Ireland is a truly awful place for the Oil and Gas industry...

Ronald Pilbeam is an immensely experienced individual, selling all those shares looks like a gesture of defiance and disgust aimed at Griffiths to me.

Total nonsense at this stage. Only been (regrettably) in tadpole E and P's for 11-12 years but investing in normal, sane and sensible companies for much longer. When you spot a future healthy div cover ratio in a company destined for the FTSE100 and accumulate for ten plus years before selling down to the minimal risk types/pension funds etc then you are qualified to wail on about dividends.

He definitely has quoted £15 on multiple occasions, I have all of the screenshots!
