MOU-4 is now required to be an unequivocal success, no measly and boring gas shows (which the market detested as we can all observe).
Weaner E and P's are what they are! not Cairn or Tullow...we have already suffered dilutive placings at 15p and then 5p. If MOU-4 fails then it's 2-3p for the placing then....tick tock tick tock gonsky!
This is the reality, tight holes? Don't get me on that one haha!
Back the truck up Mr I, negatives are critically important! EOG has been on my watchlist for five years: the approvals issue and seven month delay in flowing the well this year alone made me sit on my hands before buying. That said I have a massive holding here now but nevertheless I will be studying Simon and the BOD's behaviour very closely...
Is it that the identified gross 2P reserves on the Wressle structure of 0.65 mmboe in the Ashover and Wingfield Flags suggest that whilst the initial (constrained) flow rate of 500 boepd is healthy we can expect flow reduction from what is a quite modest 2P value?
Wraith what is your view of the 5p placing in the context of R Pilbeam offloading shares within trading hours of the placing? Peter Brailey of *****prophets thinks PRD is not investable. Some on their board believe that a £15 return is possible ie SP >£15. Personally I think they are either clowns or a bit sneaky...
Having watched many small cap E and P's 'held or spinned' up ie PRD, GKP, UJO, SOU, RKH, DES, MATD, CHAR etc etc etc is a massive accumulation attempt in process here? Pls DYOR *1000.
RE: Fleet Solid Support Ship Competition24 Aug 2021 14:57
The Old Boy Network plays a massive part in this game as ever: with BAe etc involved when did they last build an aircraft, sub or ship without cost/time overruns?
Just another dreadful E and P outfit.21 Aug 2021 17:09
Odd board really, few apart from Clueless and a couple of others are red pilled enough to see these outfits for the high risk casino punts for what they are. Fwiw and in spite of the Pilbeam episode it is a fair call to roll the dice at 5p...
It is only possible to remain solvent in the event of unequivocally commercial finds however PRD at least have some revenue, somewhat diluted due to the CO2 experiment in process.
Sefton does not understand any of this, rather thinking of this weaner as a product development project with a well researched market gap.
Sad really, this is not that much more complicated than a night out punting at his local greyhound track!
Doesn't matter, there is now urgency in securing replacement fuels: I am speculating that several companies will have farm-ins by the end of the year. High risk stuff though!
Holding out some hope that further WTG jacket contracts are in the pipeline and accumulating on that basis. Quite concerned though about overreach particularly Appledore. The thing is, will we British be allowed to fabricate and commission green infrastructure or are we being turned into tax slaves?
An academic article which appears to miss the ability of engineers to solve problems namely fugitive methane (leaks). We engineers can solve many problems: pity that many of us are, according to Seffo, dullards.
Bang on Barnyards! GRH may be correct but conflates value and geological risk. I would strongly urge all investors with actual mental capacity to conduct a historiographic study of specimen small cap E and P's!
Try BLOE, MATD, FOGL, DES (Desire Petroleum) and GRH's two faves: GKP and SOU. GKP bagged solely on hype....yes, HYPE!
Remember the film 'The Founder'? A very switched on accountant explained to the McDonalds' CEO that he was in not the food business but the real estate industry.
My view of micro E and P investment (gambling) is that we are in the cash raising and 'drilling holes in the ground' trade: NOTHING underneath the surface exists until WE find it in commercial quantities/deliverability!!
HRH why are you still spaffing off about GKP? Do you hope that the penny punters will not know about the totally destructive debt/equity swap and the subsequent share consolidation?
GKP is worth 1.6p per share in old money, NOTHING to see there or be proud of Mr Salesman...
Very kind Wraith but please note that I am more than ready to hammer out any negatives: after all I visited the site twice last winter purely to defy the fascist anti fitness lockdown laws and make my own assessment of progress.
Tortuous to watch EOG, particularly Wressle but in now, flow at Wressle imminent and very positive that farm outs will occur in both Morocco and Ireland.
