Brick, you echo my own thoughts. The market gets things wrong too, and IMO S4 Capital shouldn't be trading at a P/S ratio of just 0.50X, we were trading at 1.65X back in February of this year. I enclose below comments taken from the AGM. S4 expect to be in a "Net Cash position by 2025"

S4 Capital AGM comments.......

“capital allocation issue in our case is really important because the cash flow inside the business is strong and in fact, under Mary's guidance and Christopher our new treasurer has grown stronger and has strengthened recently quite significantly”

SFOR, will see a significant cashflow uplift next year too as continuing payments for the many merger combinations finish this year. Next year is close to zero. Think net cash by 2025 albeit mindful that buybacks likely to be employed.

SMS was also asked the following...... The share price is very low, so is there anything that you can do to try and help increase the share price. SMS reply....Look a good business will always win through if its a good business, the results will reflect that.

SMS will be doing all that he can to make S4 Capital a winner, his intentions will be to get the share price back above 425p so that S4 Capital can continue with further M&A. Remember S4 will only do more M&A with a share price of at least 425p per share. This tells me all that I need to know.

Morning Jo, if I'm not mistaken, I do believe that Jacob is a professional financial advisor if that helps in any way, that's not to say that professionals don't get it wrong also. Jacobs investment aim is long term.

Robina, you will have to try harder to scare me from my S4 Capital holding. All your S4 Capital comments are negative and aim to spread doubt among its shareholders. I will address some of your points.

Sentiments, yes I agree, sentiment is currently against the advertising industry, not just S4.

Whoppers over hyped. No, S4 have given guidance on this. What should they do, not give guidance?

Net Debt, SMS has already indicated that S4 are on target to be in a Net Cash position in 2025. Debt is not an issue.

We need director buying. WHY? SMS also covered this at the AGM, management own 40% of S4 Capital.

That made me laugh, don't be giving people ideas mate, some will now go hungry now and hope that the share price drops a couple of pence so that they can buy a couple of extra shares.

I've nothing against averaging down in BT shares, I intend doing so myself shortly, but let's be honest we only average down because we got it wrong previously when we first purchased years ago. The problem I see is this, will my time on earth run out before I see a profit in BT? Time waits for no man, or woman.

Roll on jam tomorrow 2026 and 300p per share. Or Jam today with a bid from DT or Drahi. One can dream.
