Nice find 1pence, I think that the buy trades that I highlighted yesterday in the last 20 mins of trade can be related to Third Avenue increasing their S4 Capital shareholding.

Auson, yes mate I noticed the large Off Book trade this morning on the London Stock Exchange website.

I enclose below 13 large stand out trades, all reported as buys in the last 20 minutes of trade today. All the trades are at a higher price than what we closed at. (All underwater) I suspect that all the trades were the same institutional buyer, but I am guessing. The point is that the share price is being marked down regardless.

Yes with over one billion spent on assets, current M/Cap at £300k.

Not sure what's going to stop this constant daily share price drop, with Q4 results not until around 18th Jan 2024.

Yes mate, just over 1 million in the past month 16th Oct to 16th Nov, according to the Bloomberg data.

Yes agreed mate, nothing much changed.

Comparing the Oct 16th & Nov 16th shareholder Bloomberg data, not a lot of changes in volume, some small sales volume, and some small increases. Most company shareholdings have remained the same amounts.

Rock, yes I agree, think it will be H2 next year. But you never know it may start earlier if USA start rate cuts next summer.

The USA election should help with advertising next year, November 2024.

I can assure you that I don't have an agenda here, I am a long term BT shareholder of over 6 years and have no interest in selling my holding, unless the share price recovers to a valuation that I think BT is worth. Cheers.

Guys, I would welcome a takeover bid as much as the next man/woman, but I've given up waiting. A bid isn't coming, Drahi can't afford BT, he owns too much debt, and DT haven't shown any interest going by their inactivity increasing their BT shareholding. If I'm proved wrong I will be the first to apologise, but sadly it won 't happen.

According to Morningstar data Capital Research and Management Company own 7.55% of S4 Capital on October 31 2023, although there was no RNS announcement, so I'm not sure of the credibility of this source (Morningstar) I might also add that there is no record of the 7.55% holding on the Fintel website.

Auson, yes mate, I noticed the start of a recovery in the share price, we got to 52.45p and within a few minutes we were back just below 50p before closing at 150.90p.

According to ADVFN data (if we can believe them) the current trading volume in the first 46 minutes of trade stands at.

S4 Capital management should stop all this jam tomorrow rubbish, such as 5% share buybacks in H2, and talk of 1p dividends at full year, when Net Debt is going to be £220m. What shareholders want to see is the company run right and pay off all debt first, maybe then the share price will recover.

Well these experts (institutional investors) have plenty of skin in the S4 game, the graph link below indicates that they have never been as bullish on S4 Capital as they currently are. I wonder what privileged information they have, if any?
