UT - Uncrossing Trade: A trade where buyers on the bid and sellers on the ask match together in a single trade, such as at the end of an auction period.

The UT is both buyers and sellers. Websites may report the UT as buyers or sellers but in truth its both.

Forgot to mention the large 3.8M UT today related to triple witching.

S4 just need to meet market Q4 earnings expectations next month and then we may well see the start of the share price recovery. With SMS saying recently that he doesn't see the ad market improving until after next years USA election, I wonder if he is playing things down?

Volume of shares traded in first hour reached 1M, currently stands at 2.4M. The daily average is 1.9M.

Bank of England have held interest rates at 5.25%, with experts predicting that rates have peaked and predictions of 3 rate cuts in 2024 starting as early as March 2024.

S4 Capital shareholders fleeced again in today's auction.

At 16:30pm share price 49.52p, Buy volume 563,529 V's Sell volume 252,322.

Closing price after UT 48.10p +0.16p.

Out of the top 21 investors its good to see that 6 institutions all added to their S4 Capital shareholding, with no institutions reducing their holdings.

This comment made me LOL, would you be referring to the Labour party by any chance? The party that left a note the last time they almost bankrupted the UK? With Gordon Brown parting gift "I'm afraid there is no money left"

As for illegal immigrants "free loaders," I have sympathy for the genuine, but how come the vast majority are all young male's in their early 20's costing UK tax payers £8 million per day in hotels, while our own people are left to live on the streets. God help this bill when Labour take control, they will open the flood gates.

Down 7.81% on no company news. I've seen company's report profit warnings with less drops. Is there any wonder investors are shunning UK LSE.

Beza, Sorrell has said that S4 intend to pay down debt and look to pay a dividend and share buy backs from next year once all past M&A payments end this financial year. Paying down net debt should be their priority, not dividends IMO.

Some directors bought in the summer of 2022 near the bottom after the crash, before the share price went on to double 6 months later Feb 2023. I think that it would give much needed confidence to the market and maybe ex shareholders would repurchase. JMO.

I will wait for confirmation in the results before investing anymore here, unless directors pile in.
