"Subject to shareowner approval, the Board proposes to pay a final dividend of 1 pence per share, amounting to £6.1 million, on 10 July 2025 to all shareowners on the register as at 6 June 2025."
S4 gone with a 1p £6.1m dividend, last time a £6m share buy back. I would have preferred a share buy back, but can't blame the BOD for trying this out this time.
FY Results beat almost all analysts earnings forecasts, with a very slight loss on FCF by less that £1m, apart from that S4 beat on everything else. Analysts Net Debt -£195m Results -£142.9m WOW.
