Do you still think that managements 2027 revenue target is still realistic? I ask with regards the latest analysts revenue foreasts that have been downgraded and are as follows. 2025 $375,021....... 2026 $492,551....... 2027 $617,265.

There is quite some difference with analysts forecasts for 2027 $617m...... Management $1bln.

Alphawave and Qualcomm remain engaged in discussions in respect of a possible offer. Accordingly the Board of Alphawave and the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Panel") have consented to an extension of the PUSU Deadline.

Consequently, in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code, Qualcomm is now required, by not later than 5.00 p.m. (London time) on 27 May 2025,

I'm hopeful that if Qualcomm do start the ball rolling with an agreed takeover bid that other potential interested parties ie Arm & Siemens will reassess, with the latter thought to have maybe first refusal. A bidding war would be nice.

"I would bet that Siemens has some kind of Right of First Refusal tied to the OEM agreement and Tony getting offers from Qualcomm and Arm will pull that trigger. I really do not see Siemens having much of a choice but to pay a premium for Alphawave."

With the deadline being Monday 12 May @5pm, will Qualcomm ask for more time, make a bid, or walk away. Time will tell.

Hi GoCPI, I think I'm right in saying that Amazon is S4's second largest client by revenue, behind Alphabet/Google in first place, and soon to be GM (new 2025 whopper) in third place.

My valuation / opinion is merely based on what I think that management would accept, nothing less than £1.5bln 200p per share. It maybe more than that if management are very confident of future growth target, ie $1bln revenue by YE 2027.

I would think that talks must be at advanced levels now, with offer price not a million miles apart with both parties in agreement to extend the deadline to 12 May.

With the Qualcomm offer perriod set to expire next Tuesday 29th April at 5pm. What are we thinking guys? I would have expected a bid by now if there was going to be one, but with a few days remaning and Qualcomm not having announced their intentions one way or the other, maybe there will be some news over the weekend.

Without a bid the share price maywell drop back to 90p, with a bid the share price could be 200p plus. Will Qualcomm make a bid if its not an agreed bid, put the ball in AWE shareholder court.

"I recall specifically that he said about $80m would be in 2026 and he said leaving about $440m for 2025 but that it depends on the timing of revenue recognition which is actually difficult to predict. We can check the transcript of the call when it comes through but that is what I remember."

That is what I also thought he said, but I will watch the presentation again later to make confirm.

I was expecting Q1 2025 results to be announced with FY 2024 results today, like in previous years.
