I'm a somewhat - but not hardcore - long suffering here.. and having scaled back previously I said to myself I'd top up after this has gotten past 50p and looked like staying there.. while still unsure it will stay above 50p I couldn't help myself but top up this morning. And I would do so again every 5p this goes up from here...

If this business is genuinely turning upwards now there is very significant s/p upside potential here imho.. IF..

Your broker will offer you your entitlement via a corporate action George (all on screen if you have an online broking a/c ) You can elect to take some, all or none of your entitlement and if some or all you have relevant monies sitting on account for them to complete on your behalf

'What does the entitlement mean?' I don't know if I can make it any clearer than they've written it George.. but;
.. for every one share you hold you're entitled to .318 shares at 3.85p and you get a warrent for each share you take too.. on completion, any shares you elect to take will be added to your existing pile and how your broker records/manages the warrants for you I don't know

buying bagir perhaps to move production from China to Africa to avoid exports tariffs into US might have to wait til after a new China US trade deal .. if/when it happens. (the just announced big ticket deal on the other hand is a gesture towards helping get that China US new trade deal over the line in the first place)

At the moment the replacement bus we're on has a flat tyre I suggest Andrew.. and this bus has seen better days, so we're hoping it even carries a spare tyre, as we sit hopefully yet worriedly in a layby... and any concerns about our train itself are well further down the line, so to speak.

Predicting poo is a mugs game anyway and it could readily spike or indeed fall 5 usd on a wide variety of occurrences in short order.. ps far more likely $67 brent than 10p ppc perhaps :-)

if about to be proven or even close to being proven blockbuster is on the horizon here they will be taken out smartly one way or other.. and for a fair few hundreds of millions very max. (maybe Chinese investor, maybe big pharma etc) And it'll be voted thru readily by II's because they know the utter incompetence the BOD here are capable of - even if somewhat reconstituted and the new ceo still has a chance granted.. but it's a culture of deluded smugness and it's a contagious disease - Co's like this don't bring big drugs to markets, full stop. If we're very lucky, they get them thru trials, or even just to very late stage trials and then cash in. IMHO

PS; nice 'thoughts on the last 12-18 months' George and if this goes to 3.5p or lower I guess you're unlikely to participate in the PI offer.. and of course it could.. but hopefully it doesn't ( this, I hope, plays out like FUM btw but that's deeper into trailing though and that's a big difference granted.. and I always was a wishful thinker)

4 m book build from II’s is reasonably good in my mind .. the open offer for us plebs is kinda incidental.. While the place the co is in in an overall sense is shocking at least we pi’s are still in the game and I’m breathing far easier with my position here now Need to look into tie in for book build participants .. but we’re bacj in play for a good while yet at at least . Phew

SO I must very strongly disagree with that Sandwich. eg accepting there wouldn't be a £39 bn payment due bargaining chip in the first place as the country would be perennially bankrupt, if for arguments sake there was and our Nigerian Ministerial friends were sitting around the table, after expenses etc, it might be a £3.9 bn bargaining chip by next week, if lucky.

It might be that many here are living in the past and it's a new - shale world - paradigm and 30p by current market rate norms might well be a fair and reasonable buyout price here. in 2020..

But they say it's important to dream... so here's to this selling for 50p in 2020, of course....

I've been a holder here for two to three years now and this s/p performance has very much tested my patience.. especially in 2018 when it was crystal clear that this was in the process of incrementally turning significantly profitable and likely continuing on from there in 2019.. and yet sub 10p we remain

One point that might in a small way explain this is that the m/c is gbp 100 m even at sub 10p.. so I've had a 15p stretch target and 12p 'easy' target only here .. yet nowhere near even 12p yet.. so frustrating.

On paper I really like this share, factorially so now.. but on grass it's a dog still, frighteningly.. and 30p will be way, way harder achieved than many here believe imho.. which is very scary for my - very oiler heavy - p/f generally and makes me more and more get the idea that II money will not get seriously back into bed with oilers for the foreseeable because they're very scared that the shale elephant has changed the rules forever..... If this proves to be the case I'm gutted...and it readily might..
