Whatever Ruyi will now propose will very likely be less attractive than their previous proposals to bagir imho. And far from rejecting immediately, my guess is bagir will listen constructively to whatever is newly proposed and be very open to further compromise towards something positive for s/p - from these 1.5 p ish levels - being carved out of this difficult situation imho. And some sort of agreement/arrangement might still be reached soon enough and the s/p react favourably off the back imho

here.. and maybe one or two more still to come.

If the changes in terms Ruyi are looking for are not huge then Bagir might well still get into bed with them in some shape or form. Bagr are far - far - better with ruyi on board in some shape or form than not at all imho.

Have not sold any this morning hinkais, my b/e is 1.7 p here and I'm not thinking of selling any under that at this time.. if s/p goes back over that I'd sell another 25% approx. only.

Ps: I appreciate that this board was broadly not abusive to me when I offered non herd thoughts here. And I never like to see long only PI's lose money. AIM is a brutal cesspit for long only players though. I don't short btw.

from a starting position of reasonably but not very optimistic, I'm a bit less optimistic of deal completing - and/or on time - now that there was no RNS - so far at least - today... and sold down 25% of my remaining position this late afternoon.

But hopefully a positive RNS issued pre open tomorrow though.. if no I'll be decently less optimistic again.. and may well sell down some more of my position tomorrow too.

But still a fairly decent chance of this deal completing on time/close to on time imho..

strange time for TSP to be coming out with such advice imho.. I am one of the more - most ? :-) - cynical holders here and after yesterdays 'Ard rock development agreement RNS I have far more enthusiasm here now than any time in previous year plus.. and at around 1p I think the s/p looks very cheap still as a 2021 maturing bet for eg .. but I understand this s/p can of course temporarily go lower from 1p too.. but nothing like as low as the .5p I previously saw as possible, imho.. indeed I'd add more if it were to go back under .80p for eg.. I also understand this could of course quickly trend higher from 1p now too.. if CB explains more the quality of this deal in a post announcement podcast for eg - btw has anyone seem one such today so far ? - and/or the next alluvial update is meaningfully progressive.. etc... and real s/p momentum could gather here off the back of a next seemingly small start off rally too, as the m/c is now very low in context of that new 'ard rock deal imho.. all that said my latest target exit price is a lot lower than 8p/9p.. 4p or there about's is my current target to be fully sold up here.. that can and will change readily/ongoingly as things unfold from now forward, of course..

good post madsktpan.. balance is crucial on these boards and in such short supply generally imho.. and so many AIM stocks turn out to be dogs it's incredible.. that said I've thrown another £500 in here today and would add another if goes below .6p.. hopefully for long suffering here it doesn't .. and I can see why the coming weeks/months might be seen as a time for some JV/sale news.. here's very much hoping.

shows how out of touch these guys are with their II investor base imho.. and II plays are huge here.. and from ongoing selling even at these levels the management team here clearly have credibility issues with II's imho .... that's a big big problem.

But success with the drill bit/production increases can of course make a big positive s/p difference.. reciprocally, of course, a Sol 1 duster would be further fuel to the fire

altogether, I stand by my plan to only top up here if this goes to single figures.

A Good contract agreed imho .. and altogether it's close to very good news in my mind even.. quality partners achieved is important .. timelines to live longer than I was hoping for though.

generally, I think this makes the co. feel a far more solid bet for more forward looking speculators.. and I hope the s/p will tick back up decently from here in coming days/ weeks now.. indeed subject to next alluvial revenues being at least somewhat progressive too I could see a decent rally here in second half 2019 now...

Perhaps these new accountants are more broadminded in their interpretation of the accounting standards for this sector ? (the variation in standards across sectors - eg O&G vrs Pharma - and the breath of interpretation within those standards always makes me laugh.. it's often a big game of smoke and mirrors imho.. and many more AIm'ers than most understand are, in effect, 'worth less' again and again.. no idea whether falanx is one of those in fairness, and even if it is currently, the right contracts dropping going forward can change that.. indeed many AIm'ers are keeping the lights on in the HOPE of big contract(S) dropping 'soon' )

goes the doggie... many years back I thought this to be a conceptually good share.. how wrong I was .. fortunately I sold down plenty at higher levels.. what's left is now way down, alas.. wouldn't buy more at this time, but if Gary O'Brien is right - and hopefully he isn't, but without new business contracts soon he may sadly be - at 2p, i'd defo. add a decent average down tranche...

is anything to go by then there's a happy ending in Lnd for each and every one of us yet?

no mention yet of any performance tied in payments from 2018 from sold US business either.. this and 2019 equivs. could together, best case, be a fair few millions.. and could push out the next raise here by many months too..
..but no news is generally not good news..

still think if they can come up with any sort of unequivocally good news this will rally well.. can they come up with any sort of good news - and soon - though ?? ruff ruff ??

The market has some thoughts today Timmy... and -10% is far from ideal in the context if the s/p already being under 7 p..5's clearly a possibility in short term here now.. not least if no good news is forthcoming in coming weeks..

I glanced through the posted annual report document and say again that the running of this was previously disgraceful.. a bunch of dreamy scientists whose arrogance was witnessed by their understanding that strong financial discipline was beneath them imho.... and clearly no clue how Aim stock pricing works.. a mess .. but at least the co. now has one more chance.. here's hoping.. (but clearly high risk gambling for any punters playing this share imho )

As one of those high risk speculators, I just did another small top up here at 6.15 ish p and would a bigger again top up in 5's p.. if it goes there.. hopefully for others it doesn't..

Wish I'd sold more recently at 12/11p of course.. but at least I sold a decent tranche and recycle that back in now at much lower s/p to bring down my average without much additional exposure..

On AIM timeframes around feeding price sensitive information dissemination to the market seems to be, in effect, at the discretion of management imho. (which generally, but not always, equates to good news far more quickly disseminated than bad)

PS: Is it correct to say that a multi million bank transfer will have to be notified to appropriate authorities, agencies and counterparties somewhat ahead of that transfer actually happening? (so it's a fair guess that bagr management will know somewhat ahead of time if the money is - or is not - going to be on their a/c by for eg eob this Friday?)

Open to doing another top up only in single figures now, if it goes there, very hopefully it doesn’t .. if it does I’ll think I’m getting a real bargain..

It’s not me under another alias, I promise :-) .. I first bought at 28p on way down from 60’s .. thought I got a real bargain ..last top was 10p ish when down in the nines fairly recently .. thought I got a real bargain ......

the equipment would be given over in the future after the deal completes, and only if the deal completes is my understanding.. very happy too stand corrected, of course

..the cash already paid is non refundable to ruyi if they don't complete the deal is my understanding too, at least.. that towards balance against my first sentence here..

again, my instinct/guess is the deal will complete next week but I'm moderately confident more than very confident on that.. ( small chance in my mind completion could be pushed out further again too )

and clear roadmap to further success in future .. which has a good chance of being delivered too imho.. and Paraguay drill back on table to try an attract speculative money back in too.. but the s/p is not reacting so far, alas.. deep down, in this unloved sector, I'm not surprised, alas.. and my guess is plenty here are not surprised either..

I'm somewhat tempted to sell down some more of what I've left here but my position is small now and so I may well just sit and watch and hope.. unlikely I'll add more back either though..
