it has indeed a very very low market cap and that's for a reason, its loss making and underachieving past... but it may well be progressing slowly in the right direction imho.. and this game its all about a big contract that can change things markedly.. while everyone is entitled to their opinion, as nobody knows what the future holds I offer that for fullboots to use the words he did is arrogant imho..

I'm somewhere between ok to quasi pleased with this results update - cash flow and debt and non optimal productivity from production lines remain -semi issues in my mind here - and I still have fairly strong hope that SR will complete on this deal 'in due course', or at least stay closely tied to Bagr in whatever way they see best suits SR going forward for years to come... and this will at least give bagr an opportunity to further grow out its business. The 'new' CEO back in situe gives me more hope here too.

Growing turnover here is important - seem to be doing this - and growing it profitably - maybe getting there in this challenge too - is then the key challenge in this brutally competitive space. Hopefully no more re location messing and just get efficiency and output up in existing factories.

I did a small op up at .69p now and would do similar on any further weakness.. and if Miton are selling out completely there could of course be further weakness.. they may not sell out completely of course and/or someone else with deep pockets may be happy to hoover up their shares too.. who knows.. all betting and a game of chance.

good post flk imho btw.. but being greedy does not exclude them from eventually delivering a nett profitable business... indeed greed is a core characteristic of most all company executives imho.... and even if the shareholders are a low priority that can still work, as long as your average is low enough and this co. turns nett profitable soon enough.. a big IF granted.. (eg if this company turns nett profitable 5p is doable here readily imho ..more or less whatever share options salaries etc the bod grants itself .. also 11m shares in flx at 5p is a hell of an additional incentive for MR versus them at 1.5p or lower for eg , even if the average price of those shares is still considerably higher than 5p.. which I guess it is.. )

While I do think this is one of the most destructive bb out there I also admit it could be seen as sometimes funny if you're a certain sense of humour.. and I am ...so even if I lose a bunch here in the end at least I've had entertainment along the way.

Ps: Noel I think you're onto something in seeing the short term trading aspects of such a share, as well.. indeed that what Aim generally is more and more about in my mind...
(eg I've sold my two recent two tops here at a good turn yesterday and today and did similar a few months back.. still have a core hold of around gbp 5k here - only as, again, this is low priority share in my p/f and will likely stay that way - but average price is a lot lower than it used be to boot )

For those who say the above is clear, I say this is AIM and there's lots of wiggle room in the above.

Is the above from Bagir's perspective or Ruyi's perspective or both's agreed perspective at time .. whatever, both co's have a long history of mind changing and goal post moving on this deal.. so anything can of course happen from here.

It's betting, place your bets or not and hope for the best if you're in play....

Even though I could now just about get back to averaging down again, I'm thinking I'd not bother above 1p, if it was to go there..in the absence of news or on unimpressive news of course it could readily go there, but I'd be a tad surprised if it does. (in case of confusion I generally think the current 1.15p ish is a very good price to buy at here, on a 1 year horizon or even less... but my position here now is a decent/good sized one - for me- again and aprrox. at that average already ..and so i'd only bother adding more on meaningful weakness from here.)

Kalengwa RNS may well be the next one and if good news there this could rally somewhat decently I expect.. then next quarter alluvials might come out sometime later in Oct., not least if the figures are 'good' ( they'll be progressive I expect but from such a low base strongly progressive might be required to make even a half decent s/p uptick) I now think an anticipation of 'Ard rock go live rally might only kick in from early 2020.. and that project progressing along the timelines Andrew has offered consistently here for some time now )

Again, you've lost me on the waiting for FK to say it's a buy line you keep throwing out Noel.

FK1 has already said he believes this is going to zero in due course.... so, possibly short term trading plays apart, he's not going to say this is 'now a buy'. Unless he has a total change of opinion....and even then, if this s/p was to continue to go up - and it may not of course - he'd likely still say to himself even if I can potentially see why this business could now be becoming one that will succeed, the s/p at 3p or 4p or 5p etc on any rally has already and ongoingly continues to price that maybe now turning into a good business in and so I don't see it as a buy 'at these levels'.. etc.. ad infinitum as the s/p went on up.

pass FK.. one for NS to apply his investigative skills to perhaps.. or maybe there isn't enough delailed info to be found whatever, and once again it requires hoping for the best one more time.. and indeed Flx have underdelivered significantly so far versus management expectations/talk.. but the good news is that Solar winds are established/successful players and so more confidence can be derived from that alone.. this threat monitor could be a big thing and it's rolling soon - hopefully - and so there's a path to at least some - and hopefully much - bottom line improvement for flx in second half off the back. At this s/p price ANY bottom line improvement can easily see some sort of s/p re rate .. indeed it's that 'low' there's even room for an in anticipation rally imho... altogether it's an appealing path / currently 'low' s/p combination for me and hence why I've added more twice here in recent days .. if not appealing for others, then that's entirely their business

agree this Dir buy is a small amount but MR's overall holding of 11m is very serious skin in the game .. you can't say that's not aligned with shareholders !
To Fairview, I'd offer that it would be worse if Solar Wind's roll out had happened near on time and the take up was bad.. they've seemingly measured twice before cutting once and so hopefully what they now roll will be high quality and get good traction quickly.. hopefully, at least ..
This s/p has been mullered in recent years.. so there is potentially much space for upside here imho.. even on any early signs of bottom line progress from here.. or indeed even the potential for such... eg Solar Winds roll out..

Generally, this RNS can be interpreted as a positive or negative imho..I see the s/p has gone small down so far and I can understand that.. and indeed this s/p could of course go meaningfully/significantly lower again too.. hopefully not but it's clear to me that it could. Of course it could rise too if you had broadminded investors here who for eg participate in a raise at higher than market rate at the time towards protecting the s/p and recognising the potential here versus the currently very low s/p ..

funny as some of your posts are DP, the whole tone between you guys is going to put people off this bb quickly imho.. and that's not good for broadening the church of falanxers ..

Generally, there may never be a thumbs up from Fk to buy here..or if there ever is it won't be at lower than 3.5p imho.. even if flx shows signs of upturning the business he'll still just say wait and see as there's a car crash coming around some corner in the future.... he believes this is a failing business and it will take a lot to change that view.. but the way AIM works this could be 3.5p and more quickly if some momentum is visible .. and even if it falls - or crashes back - that's a trading opportunity lost..eg 100% from todays s/p - or say 200% off all time lows for eg - is significant, even if for a loss reduced sell up for some etc..

new Solar Winds software roll out in the coming months does provide an opportunity for a strong business momentum uptick for flx imho.
Indeed, there's a clear case why this s/p can rise from these still very low levels in anticipation of this ( and indeed potential other avenues of progress by flx too.)
Altogether, there is of course still a decent chance that this can be turned into a successful business imho.

Ask SR for a higher price?! That made me laugh. i'd offer that it's considerably more likely they'd make a revised lower price offer than a higher one. Our sp is .8 p currently after all: that is indeed point eight of a penny. That's a long long way from 3.5p and a long way from what the s/p was when SR tabled that offer for that share of co.

Most is importantly is a good update soon. And Hopefully that - or something/anything else - would encourages Miton to stop selling asap.

so you're predicting failure for this co. in due course FK and zero s/p .. fair enough, you might be right.. but you might not.. anything can happen in the future...

Generally, the market is more efficient than some give it credit for imho..eg It has further strongly punished flx for this lack of progress.. as the s/p was in the 4p range a year ago and is now an awful lot less than that now.. and the market is also pricing in a very strong chance of failure here as it has marked the s/p down from 50+p to 1.25p, in fairness ....

however, while obviously struggling to make headway the company has at least not deteriorated significantly in the last 12 months.. and has always has some sort of chance of becoming nett profitable in due course.. if it does the s/p can of course rally hard from here .. (or even on news it can spike .. be that a dead cat bounce or not, it's a trading situation from where there can be winners, or loss cutters etc.. )

This is AIM... it's all gambling... place your bets or not .. some you win, some you lose.. you just hope that overall picture is winning and, of course, meaningfully so too..

clearly FK has called this very well so far.. fair play to him.. and clearly business progress here has been MUCH slower than flx management team expected. And given the appalling s/p performance so far I offer than many long term holders who haven't brought their average down meaningfully thru the journey so far are likely at least fairly stuffed here now anyway.

So lets talk about new players here or relatively new ones (for eg averages under 5p .. includes me as my average is decently under 3p)

NS recently mentioned that players should wait for FK nod before going ahead more bets but I offer that calling the bottom
for this s/p might be trickier again for Fk:

If a turnaround to nett profitability is to actually happen here - it may not - FK will perhaps look to see an ongoing period of progress to be sure the co. are indeed genuinely making sustainable progress.. but the way AIM often works is a spike on early signs of potential genuine progress.. especially when the s/p is at a perceived as 'very low' level already - 50 odd p to 1.25p for eg would be that in many peoples eyes -so FK will 'sit out' that spike and see if early potential genuine progress continues in a sustainable fashion ... in the meantime any such spike might be broadly sustained and soon after added to and this is quickly 2.5p/3p for eg and he's still waiting and seeing .. etc.. (while buying at the bottom is extraordinarily difficult to come close to achieving, buying 100% off the bottom for eg is bad performance by traders and will have a big impact on returns for new medium terms buyers too..)
