I like jam. Even jam in 2021 would be fine by me at this stage here.

Obviously disappointing that there is further weakness here around now - how many times have I said that on this BB :-) - and I'm not tempted to add to my - only - few k position at this time.. not least as its thankfully not that much down still.. and averaging big down is often the required bet adding to play here :-)

But I still have strong hope that this will come good eventually .. Jam tomorrow anyone ?

And keep up the good posting generally chaps. I'd even miss Noels endlessly samesy dollops of misery for a - very - short while if he stopped posting here :-)

Given this is the flx board, buy very low and sell a bit higher perhaps more apt than my standard buy low, sell high ending.

actually a s/p chart glance shows me just now that this went to 16p ish in early june - one off extreme shenanigans around dumping of originally Wordford held holding from memory - not to mind the 19 p ish more recently.. but I'd be very surprised if this goes even close to as low as 20p this time round.. and I'd be equally surprised it I get my average to as low as my all time low of approx 25p again.. indeed I hope for the rest of the long suffering here I don't

If knowledge of all things mtph counted for getting rich Viveka would deservedly be very rich indeed off the back of mtph !!!

Alas, it doesn't and this share remains a very volatile and tricky animal .. but the relatively large cash run way it currently has and its exciting big pharma trails -its delivery technology especially excites - makes this a very worthwhile -long- bet imho.. and for both longterm and, given the regular recent spikes, short term players alike !

That said there seems to be all sort of games being played by all sorts of serious players here as illustrated by the 19p ish area it went as low as recently and the 80p + high not to long after that.. so this may not be for the feint heated :-)

Disappointing this hasn't been able to stay above 30p support.. but my position is still somewhat small here and so I have flexibility to see latest weakness as a buying opportunity..
so you've found one, at least, who wants these shares at 28p ColdJoe !

So I've just added some, and indeed I'd want more again on any further weakness from here.. .. and I'm probably open to averaging down a lot further towards keeping my average within 20% of the s/p however low it might go from here .. (I needed this average down buy just now to do that. alas...)

That said, hopefully it doesn't go much lower from here.. as too many medium/long term holders have suffered too long here imho

some points in that I agree with naptham1.. some I disagree with, especially the lose all my money bit without this latest trafigura placing.. in fact, I'm very confident this s/p would be higher now without this latest placing.

Also I'm guessing you have a very low average here and haven't been involved in this share for months more than years and, in my mind, all you say is a function of that ....

Anyways, we're all entitled to our opinion and good luck with your bet here.

Ps; if somebody/ies spent a few hundred k buying this share in the open market now, this would motor on up imho.. compelling for trafigura especially to do that around now.. their average must be close to 3p altogether, and in a multi million dollar holding .. and they must believe in the co ..etc..

( my argument, again, is the last placing is the base cause of the meullering this s/p has received in recent months.. and PL was pushed into it by Trafigura.. towards them getting their average way down from the 4p it was after first placing for them x months before.. and the debt was not a big issue as it was his lending to his company etc.. Trafigura haven't put a penny into this share in the open market as well and have completely obliterated other long term shareholders especially via this last placement to boot, not least fellow II's ...)

beyond a placing ahoy what bad news might you have in mind littlewing?

( if there was a placement at say a bad - but not worst - case of 1.15p ish it would be a - nother- kick in the butt granted, but far from a disaster imho.. and more might buy in here off the back as coffers full enough for sure then til good production revenues kick in ..etc.. My worst case btw is this goes down towards 1p in anticipation of a placing and the placing happens around that level or even a small bit lower)

Ps : The though has of course occurred to me that size sellers here from 2p to 1.25p will in the not too distant future, in some shape or form, participate in a placing here at under 1.25p

but I stick with my view on this as a buying opportunity for the brave here at under 1.50 p.. hopefully ..and i'll stick to my previous word of the further under 1.5p it goes the more i'll add.. so just bought some more again at 1.23p towards doing my bit.. and would buy larger again if goes towards 1p from here.. etc.. obviously, I hope it doesn't for the sake of the long suffering here.

(Aside: I've taken a big beating on my large oiler exposure for nearly 3 years now.. and had gold plays as a 'natural' hedge to that.. that worked well for a good while, but in recent weeks those golders have taken a proper beating too .. so its not just xtr that's falling - tsg has fallen big recently and one or two others I hold too - which confuses me somewhat.. as the the POG is still hugely strong.... luckily I sold out most of my previous xtr holding at higher than current price recently and previously .. but didn't other golders... because I still feel strongly that gold stock exposure is generally a very good hedge to other stock exposure in these difficult times.. hope I'm right, but I do far more in hope than expectation in whatever plays I make in the AIM game.. )

the s/p doesn't agree trustlie.. not by a long chalk, alas..

sad we're back towards 7p, but somewhat more than very surprising, to me anyway ..

This share would test the patience of a saint !!!! And in my mind is now SEVERELY undervalued. Indeed probably the most undervalued O&G er I hold, and i hold plenty and plenty of those are on their knees (alas)

(but I have a fair chunk in this already and with a relatively low average and so bringing my average just a bit down would require adding plenty more, which I'm probably not going to do )

Overall volume here remains too small to clear out the constantly drip feeding seller(s) in any other way but very slowly.. so we require either LOTS of small/medium buys from PI's or II(s) buying of say a half a million gbp's worth plus.. or some combination of PI's &II's doing the same. And big good news required for that to happen, it now seems.

If even one of these two drills come in that will, I expect, happen... and obviously far better it be the first comes in so anticipation of a successful second two can drive the s/p further on again too..

Generally, once the horrible current dynamic is broken away from this will hopefully motor on.

getting interesting here indeed.. often in situations like this you're offered 'leaky, leaky ' on such BB's.. possible good news in indeed coming here soon of course.. but also i'd guess that so few shares here available for ready sale that any decent size general buying - who just want to get a ten or 20k k gbp medium term hold position(s) for eg - would push this s/p up a lot..
..and so far it's up somewhat more than a lot imho.. and so could of course push on well from here.. and if good news were to come on top of that .. push up well further again then too....and before you know it you're looking towards 4p.. etc..

Maybe that's destitute buying back in :-) ?

This is extremely lowly priced versus its assets and potential.. and illiquid shares like this can spike strongly on good news.. and, per my previous recent posts, I hope for good news here relatively soon.

I'm looking to see a print come through for say 25k gbp ish buy at 1.31p into market close .. seeing nothing.. nada.. not a dickie bird.. so I'm guessing you didn't take that quote FK1 !!

Nice positive RNS all the same and every little helps ..but that 4p prediction is looking a very - very etc - stretching one now, I'd offer !! So here's to a very material new business announcement in the next 3 months, very please.

Ps: I think Trafigura have a lot to answer for here so far - see my previous posts - and ask why they can't now buy even a half a million quids worth IN THE OPEN MARKET to bring their average further down and clear out the seller(s) too.. peanuts to them... and bring this s/p back to well over 2p in the process... clearly in their interest altogether, seemingly??

the market cap here is still miniscule .. so much room for upside into this free drill still here imho.. and more short burning for sonofscb perhaps..

But It is being progressed sonofsb, and for free with that later this year government sponsored drill ?

If drill is 'successful' then farm in etc could be back on table in 2021.

And it's not what the oil price is now, it's what it is next year that relevant here. The oil price could easily be higher than $40 pb next year.. in fact its very likely will be imho.. and if considerably higher than that, that's still low/very low versus norm etc..

getting paid invoices owed - by means other than that international bank they do it - may of course be considered Business as usual and not notifiable..
