Not to mid 80p, with the endless dilution and maybe more to come in a years time etc, even if the company eventually finds a good path, 8p may not be coming in the future here now.

And why not.. they're absolutely entitled to laugh at the not good ship falanx.. and I'm laughing too... at myself as much as falanx.. this was the year when I hoped the company would finally stand on its own two feet... indeed I actually saw new co-vid work arrangements generally as an opportunity for falanx.

But the company has to make sure it has enough liquidity to keep the business steadily moving along.. so, disappointing as it is. it is what it is.

This is no more or less than another example of they type of companies that live on the casino that is AIM. Some turn into successful companies in the end, plenty gray train it for a long time while not making it to successful company status and some fail whenever in the end.. you place you bets and hope for the best. ( and a lot of that betting is more appropriately directed to short term range trading as opposed to long term 'investing' imho )

i'm open to selling a third of my position here in due course but unlikely i'll add more unless/until clearly meaningfully share price accreditive news is released or this s/p completely collapses from here eg .7p or under (Altogether, this will be lucky to remain my 15th priority AIM p/f BET now , in truth )

ps : I've just realised that I've forgotten I dumbly averaged up a bit in 'my 4p by year end recent bout of 'over exuberance' - aka madness ? :-) - ' so my average here is now closer to 1.5p than 1.3p, alas .. but this is currently only approx. my 15th biggest bet in this high risk portfolio, at least.. and i'm open to averaging down here.. buy low, sell high chaps !

As i said before Noel, i'm a hard core player and understand I could lose all my bet here and in many other shares i bet on too.. but i can also win, including multi bagging on this and/or others.. and it's the overall across the whole high risk p/f that counts..

unsurprisingly, I've gotten cut plenty from catching falling knives Noel.. but have also made some of my best wins from such a style.. sometimes you win, sometimes you lose .. and you don't actually materialise gains or losses until you sell.. and I'm hoping to be in this share for a long while yet..

well called here again fallingknife.. but, as dodgepot is, I'll keep the faith here.... although I'm disappointed i didn't sell a tranche more when this came back to my break even in the 1.25 -.30p area.. but that only towards having more ammo to average down later.

My position here is fairly small now anyway and even though I understand that there is now a decent chance of this going under 1p again soon, i'll not sell at current 1.05 p type range ..and am also open to adding more here but very cautiously, with averaging down punchily as a key driver in that.. so would add at close to .9p type thing only.. hopefully it doesn't go there....and it may not. of course.. but who knows..

i was hoping we'd stabilized, but perhaps today - friday - for another brutal day instead of yesterday coldjoe, alas.

What we need here now is a MAJOR_BUYER !!!!!! I wonder where he is now? Clearly not still buying more and more into weakness .... come back major_buyer, all is forgiven.

I remain confident this will not go lower than approx 23p before some sort of rally here .. and of course great if it doesn't go near there .. and i will do my bit to support this into any further weakness that might occur here.. but I'd do so cautiously too.. my next buy would be at 25p for eg.. (and i'd buy large(r) tranches at 23p etc only )

While disappointed, i'm not significantly surprised by weakness here around now.. lack of news generally sees shares like this drift down as punters take money out for short term bets elsewhere....i wonder if the one and only major_buyer has been bailing for a good while here now too ?... and this has always been a super tricky and volatile share, in fairness.. but plenty of spikes along the awful road too, thankfully.. so hopefully people buy around now in anticipation of the next spike, whenever

I have doubts in some shape or form about all the shares I hold FK1.. what if a global depression off the back of co-vid hits for eg.. and there are always pros and cons to be balanced off against each other.. as well as much chance involved in everything in life.

It sometimes takes many years for a company to find a good path.. and my hope remains that's the case here, but I've always accepted I could easily be wrong.

4p by Christmas 2021 here anyone ? (as two hopes of that by Christmas 2020 now, seemingly .. bob and no) :-)

You're excellence is hugely appreciated here Viveka, at least.. and hopefully this company soon finds a way of paying your knowledge and loyalty back... and my instinct is it might well do.

I've bought some more again towards trying to continue defending this s/p today.

And well remembered - one more time - on the basis of that 16p retrace.. and another oops on my part on that :-)

understood now that you've suffered plenty here like many - many - others naptham.. and my bad for mis- interpreting you as clueless as to the awfulness for so many for so long here.. (to reiterate how awful, I'd offer that there are many many here that would love their first purchase here to have been 10 p instead of 20p or 30p or 40p.. etc..)

While I've been very lucky here that my range trading style and steadily growing to extreme dislike of this share has seen me cut and run a lot/for long periods over the - many- years, towards having far less significant losses than many others, I'm still traumatised enough by my journey here to be livid with how badly this share price has performed for how long.. and while I accept the companies overall performance has mostly been awful for a long time and that the s/p should of course have suffered extraordinarily off the back, I still think this s/p is ridiculously too low versus where the company has been semi decently at for a while now.... and this s/p could so easily rise strongly now from here via some even semi decent II buying in the open market.. etc..

happy to show my face here even after this very punchy recent fall.. and, while the rest of us long suffering are no doubt disappointed, at least sonofscb is a much happier camper now.

Given this was an extremely lowly .50 p ahead of that free drill announcement, I think it's farcical that it's only .625p as I type today.. but it is what it is, sadly.. and, whatever, I remain fine with my recent adds here in the .5's and .6's and .7's .... and very much believe around 1p is a fair price for this share around this time.

40p very unlikely here i'd guess.. but I've got to admit I'm now reaching the stage of moving from very surprised to shocked by this fall... however, I intend keeping the -medium term - faith readily still here and indeed will start to incrementally add more here into any further weakness from 75p down.. hopefully it doesn't go below 75p of course ( 80p my b/e here and I like averaging down as a trading style too, granted)

PS: i have no idea why there's a big seller dumping here now, but would offer that the potential fires issue offered below should, if any merit in it, have seen an RNS from the company acknowledging this issue/potential issue. As there hasn't been one I feel there no merit in that angle.

I'm comfortable with the way Zengas seeds the identification of plenty of the issues within his ongoingly positive postings here and propose he sticks with that style.

Maybe sometimes issue identification is done plenty more subtly versus his positive points identification granted .. or a positive presented towards addressing a negative is, by default, acknowledging the negative.. or his posts sometimes very directly open the lid on potential negatives too .. as perhaps eg'd by his recent cable article posting here.

Also, even he, as good as he is, has to figure out some of the issues as he goes here and this Nigeria endeavour is still a very new, politically subtle and complex one, extra especially in the way we're tied into a very tricky and complicatedly evolving overall national grid picture via our key Calabar client.

Finally, I very much agree most of us bought in here for a Niger play and the Nigeria play was a huge and complicated medium / long term play deviation from that which we were kinda defaulted along into. And that, one more time, shows the randomness of the game we play.
