I think we could, in due exploration drilling course, still readily enough get to AA buy option discovery here. If not, a sale for 10's of millions - Plus? - to a mid cap player towards a mid sized open pit operation is more likely than us doing it ourselves imho.. or, at least, we do a licencing arrangement where we get some percentage of revenues/profits a la MMP for Manica 'ard could 'appen 'ere.. altogether, I don't see CB bringing this to production under xtr name (or a new company listed in Aus by xtr type thing doing that either )

Pleasing RNS today and thanks to experts here - eg Iceberg and others - for their interpretation(s).

This share price remaining around low 5's p is unsurprising to me .. and while it could readily enough be argued that this share price level is somewhat too low, that could be countered by the argument that delays in remaining phase 1 assay results are rousing suspicions and also that Colin Bird managing news flow as he does is going to put a fair few off as a rule. (if he is doing that of course, my guess is he is.. and even the perception that he may well be is a key point too, especially alongside him having absolutely done that during his xtr reign previously... for Manica alluvials for eg )

My GUESS is that those assay results may altogether be somewhat to decently less overall grade average than the 'ole 1 results we've already had back, but obviously if the tonnage minable is grown out a lot in phase 2 drilling then they could still look potentially very acceptable on a scheme of things.

I also GUESS that those who participated in the latest raise may have some informal 'flavour' of early IP survey indications being promising and also that whatever drill results beyond 'ole one that were back then but 'not yet collated' were at worst average more than bad and in the context IP survey expected to show wider tonnage possibilities, potentially decent or better still. etc.

The fun is just beginning 'ere .. with many twists and turns to come, I expect..

For better of worse - and it has been bit of both - I do, from time to time, listen to Geng's charting predictions .

While this share worries me, when I decide to play I just stick with the plan whatever, and hope for the best in the end.. so from a now an approaching medium sized bet for me, opened not too long ago, I've added some more twice today - early 8's and late 7's p- and am open to adding at least similar again - maybe more again even - towards keeping catching this falling knife, if it falls further from 7's ....of course it could fall further ...but hopefully it will turn back up soon per gengs predictions..

(Extremely tricky share this and I feel for long term holders alot.. and I see this as one of my more hardcore bets and so no more than 10k gbp in total for me here, whatever.... I accept I could lose the lot .. but I'd be surprised if i do and I still feel that mining activity will turn meaningfully up here soon enough.. and maybe 15 to 20p + could happen within 12 months here even )

thanks AM90 .. sincere apologies on my view just now that James huddleston was a seller again recently .. and your post makes sense to me quickly (I have a lot of shares and only follow BB 's closely for those that are or could be meaningfully on the move at any moment in time.. I'd hoped this would move up nicely today for eg.. but have not been looking in here recently)

Another strong update and my confidence continus to grow here and i think this share price is very undervalued.

(James Huddleston has been a - semi regular - intermittent seller here over the last year ish .. that has held the share price back meaningfully imho.. I do not know why he has been selling.. maybe pandemic effects related.. but could be a myriad of reasons.. hopefully updates like todays will see him stop such intermittent selling going forward.. but who knows what he will do.. and if he wanted o continue to sell perhaps an off market block transaction of some sort could be arranged to the companies brokers to willing size buyer.. I'd guess/hope there is more and more likely to be interest enough going forward here to allow such an ocurrance .. Eric Sprott might even be open to buying more in this fashion.. of a similar type player .. etc .. or maybe Huddleston will just now decide to hold all the 10 per cent ish he still owns here.. )

CB is managing information flow here as he ongoingly sees best fit towards what he believes to be to achieving the overall best outcome for longterm xtract share holders in what is a very high risk game that's subject to much uncertainty and change..... no different to what he has done for the many years I've been involved with this share.

I think you post very knowledgably here florida and I much appreciate it, but again i would offer that 'de rampers' posts often have plenty of merit too.. and good for them if they're out on force here around now because there has been endless ramping posts here in the many months since I have re engaged looking in here that have so far not come to pass remotely like their content, on average, suggests.

(Generally, the most dangerous posters to PI's wealth on AIM BB are the uber bulls imho.. I've been in north of 100 AIm shares now and, generally speaking, the most shamefully wrong predictions by far are the uber bullish ones... not just in terms of share price targets but around activities/plans about to complete and especally the predicted timeframes around those activities/plans completing.. far far more dangerous to long only investors wealth than any 'deramper'/'shorter' type posts... I'm stone cold certain)

While, I'm absolutely all for the 'positive' postings here, towards balance I'm equally all for 'negative' postings here too.. postive and negative maybe not even the right words to use.. just different opinions/views generally... helps me make more informed bets generally... and do better ij the game genrally..

(In practice, usually, some of what the 'positive' posts say will happen does happen and some of what the negative posts say will happen does happen too.. so no sweat either ways to me )

No Idea how much merit is actually in any of what I write below but if somebody were to offer this to me as potentially having merit, i'd say it could easily be reasonable thinking :

Conceptually, it's very understandable that towards getting all the pieces of the Nigerian National grid and indeed wider energy sector generally working far more effectively towards helping the nation progress than has previously happened, trusted partners need to be in place across the end to end of sundry sector jigsaws. Those partners will of course be strongly bought into for eg Ministry co-ordination towards optimal macro progess.

Save.l is a trusted partner and it being financed by local Nigerian banks - and the terms of that lending for eg - is one part of the framework for ensuring the strength of that trusted partnership. And this for eg might easily see plenty more lending available to them for appropriate acquisitions in and around Nigeria going forward.

Also, generally speaking, the more revenues/profits generated within the sector that are re invested back into the sector the better it is for Nigeria progressing its general power provision going forward. Niger being close to Nigeria might see that as a valid avenue for re-investment of Nigeria generated reveunes/profits too also.. and indeed see Nigerian banks being interested in offering financing for sector advancement there too perhaps..etc. equally it might not be either

Nigeria would absolutely rather see re-investment of revenues/profits generated in sector there instead of seeing strong dividends /share buybacks to westen world II's/PI's for eg or the acquisition of non West African asset acquisitions with revenues generated from Nigeria for another eg.. etc..

This re investment could see the future sell on values of save.l enhanced/ highly revenue generating/profitable Nigeria asset portfolio to the next generation of trusted partners easily be very significent indeed versus original purchase prices.. and that's why playing the long game here could be very fruitful for Investors... and render short term dividend payments potentially missed out on for eg as academic by comparison to asset sale valuatiions achieved in say 5 years time for eg..

I see plenty of merit in that point curiousobserver.. and in that broad school of thinking, in due course maybe, and especially when I have less wine in me than tonight, I might add more of my thoughts on why AK and Nigerian banks - and indeed the Nigerian state through that ministry - might be very open to AK significantly increasing the companies locally sourced debt instead of just paying it all down in shortish order.. and that theme also feeding strongly into the basis of of the companies previously outlined ongoing acquisition growth strategy.. but it also limiting save.l to acquiring Nigerian assets only via any increases in such Nigerian sourced debt..

I believe it's still too early for CB to be damn sure of what he has at Bushranger, beyond him being damn sure he has at least a good chance of making at least a multi tens of millions pounds asset on sale value worth of commercial discovery there.... and potentially a lot more on sale value than that too.. and that's fair and reasonable at this stage of the journey.

Also there's lots of potential in the other assets in the Xtr stable too .. and the s/p has plenty of room to grow into off the back of all the afore.. hopefully... and maybe even probably.

I'll go with institutional seller(s) too and not enough buyers to mop up as quickly as selling is happening around this time.

The market has been difficult generally in recent weeks too.

This share has always been prone to volatility, including sharp pull backs.. I can understand why that is.. and I can also understand why the s/p is way off where the fundamentals might suggest it should be:

There's lots of noise/complication that comes with it operating in Africa.. especially around slowness in progress in things generally/specifically.. for all sorts of reasons.. and those often way out of AK's - or any CEO indeed in a play such as this - control.

To help me stay the jouney in a - somewhat - less stressed way - a journey which I still expect to be a very fruitful one - I downgraded my expectation on share price targets and progress towards those over a year ago now.. from its low of 6p ish in 2020, I now see 60p as a stretch target here for 2024 for eg ... and so 15p-20p range around now is ok 'ish in my mind

I'd forgive him a lot because of that alone.. and indeed have forgiven him a lot over the years because of that alone.

Seeing the words brilliant and Implementation and CB is the same sentance would be a rare bird sighting indeed perhaps and for eg :-)
