I've done my bit here this morning by topping up twice... and am open to adding more again..

This has been an EPIC fall; to the extent it may well be meaningfully overdone ..

This share has been ongoingly tried reasonably hard to break out of early 60's p recently.. but hasn't been able to, so far, alas..

(a very tricky share, but I'm fine sitting patiently on a decent sized position here, in hope.. and I still think if it can get to 65p it will get to 75p far more easily than the 55p to 65p 'journey' )

Agreed that breaking properly clear of 5p would bring this share price into exciting territory!

We fell back punchily recently - that double bottom occurrence - from around similar v low 5 p 's .. and so, in effect, didn't break the 5p barrier..

So 5.30p + would have me reasonably confident we can push onto 6p .. and beyond..

PS; The long suffering here more than deserve today's RNS.. lovely to see... and this is back in play now.. so I added some to my holding this morning...

Mr Bird has not been able to come up with even semi meaningfully good news here recently ..

There's ongoing genuine money inflow momentum across this AIM sector now.. it just need him to give people an excuse to get involved here....

My expectations of such are not especially high in the very short term, alas.. still,

Agreed performance is progressive/positive here.

They are now clearly back to a solid business state with a clear pathway for future incremental revenue/profit progress.

What I also like a lot here is that on top of those good growth prospects for the next 6 and 12 months, there's also a clear game changer opportunity for significant growth in profitability in further out future periods to come too, thus making this a good short and medium term investment prospect.

That half year results RNS was music to my ears.. and I'm very excited about the forward view here now.. thus seeing me small topping up almost daily this week.... (Even including averaging up now, which I'm generally very slow to do as a rule...but this feels like it might well be a genuine multi bag opportunity now)

This is trying hard to rally decently.. but the tug of war ongoingly continues....

Very tricky share this one.. but.. if this can find its way to 65p, then my view is we have a meaningful rally in train, and 70 p to 80 p range will occur readily enough thereafter..

In his defence, I think Mr Bird's style - which he's not going to change at this stage - suits doing metals exploration business in Africa:

He's plenty open to playing by the rules on the ground there instead of trying to import stricter rules from the Western World.. and far from being afraid of signing business contracts there, he relishes signing on dotted line/s.... and having multiple balls in the air is the way he rolls as a rule, with plenty getting dropped as he goes being just the nature of the exploration game as he understands it..... and dropped balls are still by his feet to potentially be relatively easily picked up again in the future too, as appropriate.

Also he understands that one - semi even - big win is statistically more likely with multiple plays versus one play. And he has had a big win in Africa before and a strong network there too.

Generally, I like the exploration portfolio he has put together now.. and I very much like the cash runway in place for a fair few years to pay for exploration etc .. and given this AIM sector is semi decently back in favour now. and looking like it might readily go more that way again as we go forward too, the market cap of xtr.l - at 7 odd million gbp ish - look extremely low at this time to me.

Anything can of course happen in this game, and for what - ever - it's worth I feel this stock will do ok - or well, even - in the end.. So I'll look to add back in here as and when I feel its a a good plan to do so..

At least this AIM sector is much more in favour now.... and we have conceptually v interesting exploration opportunities .. including Silver King looking v prospective.. AND Manica cash ongoingly coming in to bank roll exploration/general co. costs thru the coming years:

Sadly for the long and strongs, regular selling ongoing here still indeed, Shatter....

I was quoted 7.40 to buy in small size just now.. so still a bit to go to my 6.75p mind.. and one never knows when seller/s finished.. etc

Generally:

Very tricky stock this.. volatile, illiquid, big news vacuums and doesn't hit targets as a rule.. so one for 'only the brave' and/or hard core gambler ..

I see myself as fitting such categorisation.... but timing any buys going forward for me here will be a big challenge.. especially given the wide range this has traded in in recent years..eg 2.5p ish to 13.5p ish

Some might still wait see until next Tuesday interim results, I get.. but AIM is mostly a speculators market by definition. so, while a bit surprised this has not rallied more in the first two hours of trading today, I offer that the market open for plenty of time yet today.. and also note there's a few 'trading' days between now and Tuesday morning, where the buy in anticipation crew may well get decently involved here...

Generally, I see this as a - predominantly - good buy and hold play and remain unconcernedly punchily long and strong here... I also expect a rally here in thru next three days, at least, too ..

..peaking at 13.5 p and falling to 7.75 p, so far, is a pretty punchy fall, even by AIM definitions..

Some in Shatters position might have 'shat' themselves thru that fall and incrementally sold all/most all their holding..eg me ... fair play to you Sir - and some other regulars here - for staying relatively strong here .. and hopefully fortune favours the brave...

(6.75p at 50% off recent peak feels a good time for me to start adding back.. if if goes that low ..who knows really.. having sold nearly 90% of my holding here from 13p down to 8p, I feel decently light this now.... not least as I continue to have a soft spot for this doggie/puppy)

Progress here has been glacial over the years, alas, so, with little hesitation, I took the recent - 'God send' Quantum leap 20 p subscription based - rally to incrementally cut my position a lot here.. ( a tidy banked profit not easy to come by in this game.. etc )

But this could still be a - very - slow burner, I get/hope .. especially if meaningful India revenue finally kicks in in 26 .... So if this goes under 7p, I'm going to start adding back here, in hope as much as anticipation, granted.. and probs slowly/incrementally.... unless genuinely good actual revenue achieved news drops and encourages me to add more quickly.. etc

Hopefully the recent/ongoing decent size buying here will encourage Millennium International Management Lp to reduce/close their Open Short Position here.. ( thus helping a meaningful rally happen here soon/er .. )

The fact their recent open short position notification shows 'no change' makes me think it has been open for a while and has not been added too or taken from since it was last notified, whenever ago that was? BUT i'd be v happy if someone with better understanding of this can correct any mis-guesstimation on my part re this, please? (not least as there continues to be decent ongoing selling here.... and the rally I'm hoping for from the recent decent buying is slow in materialising)
