My point is that it would appear that 'someone' has turned the algo's onto PHE where before they didn't. That was either deliberate i.e. they (as in the 'someone') were deliberately not executing automatic trades or they have only recently taken an interest in PHE. I suspect the latter.

I'm not particularly familiar with the trading patterns at PHE over the long term but it sounds like these small algo trades are a relatively new phenomenon judging by some of the comments in recent days.

If that is the case, then the question is, 'why the new activity?'
Is it that someone has decided to take an interest where it didn't exist before. As to their reasons only time will tell.

jabberba it was posted on another site on another share chat I was watching. It happens now and again but something about it made me look. I entered at .52p ish and have traded it a few times but that wasn't my intention. I have a long term view as well.

An equity raise resulting in dilution can result in large drops, but I've also seen it result in a rise as the runway is cleared and any of the outstanding doubts re finance etc are laid out.

Here, once the corporate agreements and contacts are in place it could result in a rise....or indeed a fall so fickle is the market.

Thanks to you both. I've been here since January and enjoyed some of the rises which indicate the potential but also the volatility, hence my question.

what's the view on the share price reaction on announcement of the merger? Pragmatic opinions only and not something with wishful thinking using confirmation bias please!

What's with the sudden cross border attacks? Ironically I recall Nigwit resisting the Apple rumours until it was put forth by Deutsche Bank and then supported by Jeffries. Should he be believing you instead of them? As for cash calls, maybe do some more research before trying to besmirch. There's money in the bank, and revenue.
