I considered my place of work today. A US company in the UK wanting its employees back in the office but fearful of repercussions should, in doing so, the virus spreads where it wouldn’t have. They look for ways to make safer the workplace. I can’t think of anything better than this mask.

You need to understand how and why buys and sells are reported as they are before putting much credence in how and what is reported.

Samsung argue that Nanoco knew that they had QD TV's since 2015. That might be true. Did Nanoco then suspect they were derived from Nanoco IP? Maybe & probably. Did they know with sufficient surity and confidence to take Samsung to court in 2015...probably not as I doubt Samsung would be advertising the fact publicly. What about 2016/2017/2018/2019....what difference does a few years make when you are looking at a potential IP theft from a minnow with limited resources to put forward a claim when faced with a very large, cash rich defendant.

Nanoco needed to be first sure. They then needed to secure funding for the case that doesn't put in jeapardy the companies survival. Clearly this doesn't and can't happen overnight and in my opinion this argument from Samsung is weak.

' could be Dow or Merck. I suspect Merck given the renegotiation of the supply contract announced in March. A previous presentation in 2019 referenced the size of the display market for 2022....not 2020 or 2021 so would tie in with an LG product launch in Jan '21 to build production and sales through 2021 into '22. Clutching at straws perhaps.

I sold out long ago. Water cut in 7z was the flag. But many, including I realised long ago that Dr Trice was fatally flawed and emotionally invested . That was the actual red flag.

AGM announcements rarely inspire.

I agree BC, however I think we all suspect that QD's could play a major role in future in virus detection so I'm quite positive about it personally. It may take many years to finesse but if CV-19 is here to stay, as with the flu, then there will be demand for tech like this.

Is it not irrelevant unless you can swap your UK shares for US ones without any transactional costs?

There will always be currency fluctuations especially with the Brexit gong show that’s still playing out that may influence the difference.

I think this news story will start to percolate out.
