Agree wholeheartedly Hawi. Nanoco worked with Samsung and it became clear to them soon after the relationship ended that Samsung was using the process. It's taken a few years for Nanoco to get everything in place to then look at raising the claim after securing the funding and that in itself probably took years along with the necessary due diligence alone. The fact the funding and Mintz are both in place tells us all we need to know.

Many scenarios at play here that will ultimately influence investors decisions and therefore the share price. In my opinion there is a risk of a raise but in order to extend the runway by a year then it's likely to be less than 5% of the current mcap and would probably result in the share price increasing with the immediate pressure removed. Of course news on STM would underpin any raise as the recent Edison note pointed to if they move to upscale and again I would expect a positive reaction to that raise with that backdrop. As lobo said.....hang tight.

This is a desperate shareholder acting in a desperate situation which makes CA no different to everyone else who's trying their best to subvert proceedings. But I wish you all the very best with your endeavours and I can't say I know how this will play out now so will reserve any further comment.

Keepwell. Look back at July 2019 presentations which had a lot of coverage of water and was the start of the perched thesis I think. The OWC levels were assumed to deeper and the water dismissed as perched because any other conclusion could only mean the OWC was higher. Fast forward less than 2 years and 7z is watered out and 6 has increased water cut so the only conclusion is that the water was never perched at all but that the wells were drilled just above the real OWC.

The original CPR was fatally flawed and in some respects should never have been commissioned with incomplete data especially in a reservoir network that was new to the area and not well understood where there are other similar plays at the other side of the world.

The producing wells fill in the missing piece of the jigsaw, augmented by the other previously poor E&A wells. All Dr Trice succeeded in doing was slowly but surely home in with the tail of the donkey to the sweeter parts of the reservoir with 7z and 6 which were in the dome of the reservoir and in the only place meaningful volumes of oil were trapped. But sadly those volumes are being replaced with water and the dome isn't anything like as big as the CPR suggested outwith the structural closure.

This is all a real shame as many people have lost significant sums of money. I take no pleasure describing it like it is, but I do take umbrage with idiots denying the facts that the wells are displaying as if it's some sort of conspiracy.

People here are behaving as if the reservoir is trucking along without any issues. But there are significant issues with the reservoir performance. In the past they used to speak about exceeding the Aoka Mizu throughput capacity for a period of 6+ years from only 3 wells.....now it'll be dead in a couple of years from 1 well. Let's not forget the E&A wells were duds apart from Lincoln which was marginal itself. The whole thing was a bag of **** then, and its worse now.

Todays volumes were down on the averages. Bearing in mind those averages were built up at a lower share price then todays trading is broadly unremarkable from a volume perspective. I suspect some people are taking profits in expectation that exactly what has happened would happen i.e. a pull back. It's too risky to sell and trade for those who like me expect positive news on PTAB but for others the risk of bad news is sufficient stimulus to sell.

In summary, I don't personally think this is related to a leak on a placing or PTAB. If however it was a leak on the placing, then it's priced in now so no need to sell anyway.
