I think there's a high chance the case will be won. The question is how we are paid and in what denomination. If it's in Peso's it's pretty worthless.

there is no US pool of shares. It's all from the same allocation of shares in issue. This US listing simply allows US companies to invest in BUR where they cannot now. This will likely result in an increase in investment, visibility and liquidity.

There are no new shares. They simply have the ability to trade from the existing allocation of shares via the US exchange.

I'm not sure what the market cap will be when the shares are admitted. From one perspective it'll remain at c.£100m and we'll see an initial drop in the SP of 40%. But that signals a clear runway to the future so it may be less of a drop, or no change or indeed an increase to £151m as you suggest. Personally I'm leaning towards a drop initially.

The meeting will be a quick process and I expect all motions to be passed and the results communicated by RNS not long after-probably early afternoon. That's no big deal and no amount of leaking will alter that.

What is unknown, is the opening price tomorrow when the additional shares are admitted to the market.

the new shares are issued in the 15th the day after the AGM assuming all resolutions are passed. I'm waiting until then.

If you think Hydrogen won't be growing until 15-20 years time then I think this is not the right share for you. The point of discussions about possible applications including aviation is of course to show just one more possible use to add to the multitude of others that are present, near, short medium long etc.

I'm delighted I found it as 'jet' travel was the one mode of transport, the one I think is the most damaging to the environment, whose most efficient method of propulsion (a mix of power and weight and economics) couldn't be replaced in the way diesel electric engines on trains for example could be replaced with simply electric power systems. Same for IC engines in cars, boats etc.

The height planes fly at for me makes the whole emission effect worse. The Russians and US allegedly toyed with nuclear powered planes in the 60's where in one approach they had in essence a heat exchanger where the engine would normally be, and the air passing would instantly be heated to the point of spontaneous combustion whilst at the same time cooling the reactor. I think it took off, the plane that is, but the concept quite rightly nosedived.

So if this can work in the timescales then perhaps by 2050 we could be pretty much HC free for energy and oil need only be used [sensibly] as a feedstock. H is the future, not H20.

yes. I once sold some of another stock. Same issue. Tried 4 times and ended up showing in my acc holding a negative amount of shares and my acc was showing a corresponding plus in £. I'd missed a trade as a result as I was nervous I'd end up liable if it went wrong. I contaced them and they reversed the duplicate transactions and gave me a small gesture in compensation. I did it on the app as well. I think they handled it well but have a glitch in high volume, highly liquid trade scenarios.
