If the pay it in cash it means they have deal(s) inbound and potentially looking to close out a sale on DX.

Even if they don’t pay it off in cash this time they will if they get any decent sale/deal incoming next time. I strongly suspect they will clear the lot and perhaps if no deal before this one take it in shares this round but that will be the last ever imo.

The share has risen due to a suppressed price from the overly destroyed SP on the placing due to city getting wind early causing a run which they had been looking for from September previous. They then hit it as hard as they could to destroy the SP knowing they would basically steal stock at a price that never should have happened.

Alastair lost his job but he completely messed it up. Saying that though Gardener the CFO at the time is duty bound to cover this area on behalf of his boss. Neither achieved what they should have for shareholders so they had to go.

It has actually been a costly blessing as now we have a financially motivated management team that hold the reins on probably the most powerful cancer tool ever proven that is cheap and versatile within its target area of FAP.

The price is so undervalued it’s embarrassing for the UK plc stock market. So rightfully it’s starting to shine again.

Nobody can be surprised by the fact the SP was a recovering.

They have huge news on a proven tech platform that is worth billions already.

The share dropped only because of a leaked placing. Thats all dealt with.

The HCI loan payments are standard ongoings and the SP had no issues hitting the 150’s for a decent period and on.

Therefore HCI has actually very little effect down here so the news due should see this multiple higher than where we are.

Add the fact they may even pay in cash HCI is a bonus but in terms of stock it’s not huge anyhow.

This is just bouncing back from undervalued area.

There are a lot who sold wanting to catch a drop. It’s pushed into breakout to next base. Therefore it will only keep pushing higher. Any weakness gets bought heavily cementing a great platform to push way higher.

It also has the support from incoming news!!

I just see it following technical analysis which is all the traders are saying for now.

It’s just dropping on that and with news due it will bounce a lot higher but for now it’s just following trend.

They got the extra data earlier this year which was clearly sort after from prior discussions later last year when deals were potentially forming. That and DX sale being delayed to gather a better price left them to that poor placing that got shredded by the leaking brokers causing a unnecessary run on value destruction but the inevitable result was the company came out in a significantly stronger position to negotiate and continue on with works.

That’s happened and now the fruits 🍇 will start to come in a very busy and hugely valuable period upon us.

The SP as we know is actually only now springing back where it should never have been.

Technically nothing is added yet. We could do another 100% and again we are still only recovering where the SP should been ages ago.

So the deals could come at anytime now that the probable works and requirements have been met.

Next period here H2 is just jammed with serious value inflection points incoming.

Let’s just reset here and take in why SC was bumped up the other day who is here and was brought in here last year for one reason. To broker and advise on deals.

They all know these deals were coming as they have been working on them a long time.

I would hazard a guess and that the deal (s) never came before Christmas probably because what Avacta wanted they wouldn’t stump up without more evidence regarding pipeline and data.

All that data was completed best part 3 months ago.
