The options are completely dependent on terms and as long as it’s done in those terms.

They probably secured them in a way during the process of stepping aside and at that time they slipped through.

If it was still open then the BOD should definitely reduce them.

I’ve been involved in that process so I know it’s completely possible when directors leave they have them removed.

Regarding voting at the AGM. It’s very hard for Shareholders to understand the proceedings of management but like a lot of BOD they don’t like doing the dirty business on others as it then can linger around those persons for historical reasons, other jobs etc.

In light of time and by looks of it certain events and learnings. It does look like the previous management and TG who is still there till Oct! Have completely mismanaged events in a very detrimental way to the company and its shareholders.

So asking did I vote is nothing to do with the BOD doing the HR management side to which SH have no real knowledge on.

3️⃣ They will have deals incoming which will set up funds to completely clear HCI loan and fund the company into significantly higher SP, which will enable funds to take positions and probably take chunks at much higher price to make AVACTA well cash funded.

4️⃣ pipeline is coming and this is a huge moment to show direction to whom they expect to be knocking on the door to TO.
