Back on planet earth the SP has done nothing but cement itself here which every single city financial advisor would explain to even the most basic BOD management that clearing that CLN is number one priority. The science and the scientists in their little labs need do nothing but carry on with their mission but the CEO and CO are also meant to do something for shareholders now and in future.

To be frank CC has been sitting smug and imo that’s the wrong pose. Because being smug towards your shareholders when the SP is probably for most half and some below their averages nota smart action.

She needs to wake up fast and SC should be doing that shadow for her.

Way to smug American casual for our current AIM position. When she delivers a decent partnership then we can say ok but delivering that sometime in the future is not good enough.

It should have been on the table now imo and DX should already have been flogged and delivered to market.

It’s coming but too slow and I don’t believe she is doing enough to bolster this side.

It’s a venting format and LSE use it to aid their trading platforms in the city hence it still exists.

I’ve seen these type of management exchanges happen before in these businesses and the outgoing CEO doesn’t spill key info delaying the new management hitting the ground running and in smaller enterprises it causes them to fail.

CC needs to sharpen up I’m afraid. All this waffling thinking that the science is selling it is a huge mistake.

Ice I have put the best part of half a million pounds into AVACTA over last three years.

Right now I’d get less than half back.

So no I won’t be selling until this company is TO by a major that understands finances as AVACTA and their Tinpot financial team are a joke tbh.

As soon as they clear HCI loan away the city spivs will stop attacking Avacta as currently they are just rinsing it using HCI as the bait.

Clear the bait then they will move to something else.

Then the shareholders will see a significant rise in SP

She didn’t rip up the pipeline that was already in development long ago as the data on FAP was so specific they new they could attach it too many things.

This science is building and the boffins will continue.

The financial side has been in a mess for years and they knew this problem early after selling us to the devil of HCI.

Last year they had many opportunities to raise the cash now even this year they could have just done it.

All it’s doing is wrecking the company the longer it goes on and I thought SC and CC clearly got this message but obviously not loudly enough imo.

Tick tock December will be here and I will judge them then if they don’t start punching out some deal or sale.

I’d rather they now after having time last year plus £1.50 then offer at £1 then 85p all last year failed to raise and remove loan.

This year had all year to drum up interest flog some shares clear the loan raise with II’s etc but now even at 40p I’d rather they just did it to remove this stupid terribly managed noose around Avacta

That NOT a single person in their PR or financial side has realised only destroys shareholders. So right now dilution to remove this noose is actually better due to terrible miss management and that poor management is continuing to be allowed to carry on even after hard lesson early this year.

Basically if SC and CC don’t sort it by December they should be removed imo as this doesn’t need them the science is there it needs financial controlling

Rambo I’m fully aware of what huge news this is but remember this data was already rat modelled last year by Alastair and their team. Seagen deal (imo) was unfortunate that it got let away due to their acquisition.

CC would have been working on this as Alistair was CEO at the time.

It is huge but what is more imperative since early LAST YEAR is the HUGE mistake of the HCI loan and its wasted money on the overpayment of DX acquisitions as they obviously thought this money was now not needed due to deal.

CC was all around this so understood the importance of removing the CLN loan.

Now she said judge them come this Christmas

All I see right now is great science with no firm direction. Therefore pointless until she deals with HCI

As I said NXP004 was just fluff to try make more to this than just NXP002. Therefore all this is now is a coin toss on whether they can gain a deal on NXP002.

They sit on huge drug capability that BP will now be working out how much they can pay to acquire.

The bonus for them is that they get AVA6k as a proven safety net to pay for it all.

I’ve never seen upfront license deals pay billions but I have seen countless minor pharmaceuticals take out license deals with 10’s 100’s millions upfront but the milestones add up to billions with double digit royalties but the minnow pharmaceutical grows in MCAP as the milestones are met!!! Standard.

Also the MCAP doesn’t relate to what NDA knowledge or open book data that the majors can login to through the company. That’s also standard.

Basically I have no doubt that further data and news will send this to multiple billion sale or deals.

Well the picture expanded significantly and whether AS was out of his depth on how to monetise the platform I can only go by the fact he was removed and things are moving significantly!

They obviously had a large deal last year so already went out shopping but got caught with their pants down and we all got shafted short term but that’s because whatever that deal enclosed the money wasn’t right for what we had to offer imo. So to show BP why they need to add X amount to a deal they needed more of a pipeline on the platform.

This is evidently right as from the comms after we got this info from the BOD.

It’s never easy trying to close deals but when the farm is this good you need to be skilled on how it’s managed to protect the value of the asset.

The deal must have been too greedy across the platform damaging the farm imo.

It’s now a year on best part but the platform data and expansion is vast and only getting better.

Painful lesson in waiting but that’s business and paydays are coming imminently.

Precision works!! We can thank Alistair and his team for something truly remarkable that they secured but now we watch the professionals work their magic in how to close deals and expand!
