There is absolutely no short the only positions on here right now are long.

There are 100’s million’s more shares and the company is pulling the plug by March if they cannot find a buyer for NXP002 by then.

Just to add there is absolutely no value in anything else.

Taken 6 years and still no buyer for NXP002. They haven’t even bothered with Orphan status.

Avoid but hey watch the buyers all get stuck including the Earl lol 😂

To conclude this ongoing car crash a deal would be great to see.

Unfortunately when you issue a statement that concludes that failure to conclude a deal for NXP002 would almost definitely lead to suspension and de-listing of NFX, clearly an honest statement of facts but a sad one at that.

I do not see how any proposal to a JV / Partnership would come when you have absolutely zero strength to continue as a going concern.

When it’s been 6 years from a deal with Kissie being formulated and nobody has directly made any approach since of significance. If they are in talks of substance then unfortunately they would just conclude to a position of attrition. They know NFX is basically closing and I doubt there is a bidding war between parties. Therefore wait till it shuts then sweep in and offer a deal to take it from liquidators.

There is no debt and only asset is NXP002 to be of any merit now. I’d expect the costs of payment would be swallowed by solicitors etc leaving very little for shareholders. I have no doubt that certain director will continue to move it for them and still benefit.

There won’t be an SP by then.

That is completely wrong.

The only reason you are saying that is because the SP has dropped. That was a lucky guess.

They said at 39p in summer it was going to 20p it then went to 85p.

They haven’t a clue but working with Pizza Face TW in trying to attack Avacta to hurt the stock to aid paymasters.

Completely against the scientific FACTS of the progress.

They say it’s doesn’t work and worthless and you say they are 100% correct.

We can therefore see what you really are and another puppet to TW hence spending your entire time posting on something you don’t even invest in.

The waiting is causing more damage to MCAP by multiples than waiting for an extra poxy couple mil on the sale price.

The subtle moving on with creating one companies and selling advisory info but being handed 500,000 stock and then NXP001 leaves without a penny.

There lies a tale.

Then when things become basically not viable due to no position of strength the clearest plan to gain from your work once more is to let the model be moved away from listing into a back room private entity in a similar way. Quietly given subtle promises of other options perhaps advisor or options etc in that entity.

Only one who is going to win isn’t a private pi now. It’s being scripted into a new identity as this has lost too much to work from in this format. As mentioned a long time ago.

I would very much imagine right now that all top BOD are inside on knowledge.

It’s very hard for them to buy due to this. There is pretty much no time with the current ongoings that they haven’t inside info.

Therefore they cannot buy! That’s why they do options.

If GSA haven’t closed yet then I think they will be now!!!

You couldn’t be further from reality on that statement.

Of course paint the picture you want others to see. We know that’s what many of the prolific down players here do on behalf of certain fund managers.

DX will be gone and imo it’s already gone just await completion handover.

Just to add to my current questions directed towards our American CEO.

These posts of her going to and from US to see family is obviously nice for her but I’m reserved in the thought that is this not also a distraction and a drag to her spending rather too much time trying to sort out her base with AVACTA moving onto Nasdaq etc.

Let’s put ourselves in her shoes my personal objective would be swayed in the fact that working in UK is distorted due to family in US.

This means dedication to AVACTA is lessened due to messing about doing distant family and commitments.

It’s not a great position for her and this puts more distraction on her direction for us shareholders.

The one main topic this last 8 months was negotiating and delivering a moving of those CLN loan shares that sit waiting to convert at lower and lower SP as the city drives it down to further gain more stock.

It’s so wrong. 😑

They have had plenty of time to act and they haven’t as of yet. I just hope this is wasted breath and delivery is just doing the corner but nothing that she talks seems to show the same concerned face is holders have of the current mess.
