You will only receive further announcements where investors have exceeded 3% of shares in issue or increased.a holding which was above 3% For example - held 7.26% and went to 8.12% notice issued 7.26% to 7.99% - no notice required. Where investors have not taken up the offer and their holding has decreased, if it falls below any percentage, again a notice. If they held less than 3% - no notice

As is the case with most small companies I doubt there are more than a handful of private investors. I know there are a few companies that do have a wide following, but not many given the choice available. Acorns recent price weakness I believe confirms that. It is hard to credit that many private investors have subscribed, given you can buy cheaper in the market, even after dealing costs. I am sure they have scaled back institutional investors demands to meet all private investor demand. Which I suspect amounts to tiny percentage of the shares available. I like the suggestions as to adding to the free float. However I concluded long ago that private investors are little valued. If companies or their agents are courting private investors run for the hills - it is often the sign of a poor investment and certainly a high risk one. The institutions cherry pick the good investments. I think this is one of those and look forward to us all reaping the reward.

From all that has transpired since 3rd August announcement I had concluded that there was a company lined up to reverse into. That there were institutions lined up and that the 28th September further fund raising would proceed rapidly. At this point are they still trying to raise funds or are they finalizing the reversal. I would like to think it is the latter. Institutional Investors may be waiting the nod to sign the cheque, followed by a flurry of RNS's and a brief suspension. Well that is what I am hoping

Like both of you I don't know. We know Daniel Mark Harrison & Co Pte. Ltd. ("DMH") can subscribe for 3,500,000 new ordinary shares. Currently 9.5 million shares in issue - not including above options I see that reading the notice 7945638 + 1644563 = 9,590,201 (Current Shares in issue) Is the 1644563 perhaps the outstanding loan note shares Anyway clearing the decks. Whilst suggestion is deal before the end of the year, perhaps it is a lot closer than that.

They have already had 18 months to turn this around. I will wait to see how the placing goes. As to not being bad news, it certainly is not good news - neutral at best.

Having read the RNS of 5th September I see the filing with Companies House pawlenty spotted is reporting the increase in shares in issue. So no reversal. I was wrong and should read RNS carefully before posting.

Was expecting results on 28th. We know they will be bad and are hoping for a better future, now they have ditched the loss making publishing group. However I am thinking it will come when the market closes in a few minutes. i am thinking it is even worse and they will get it all the bad news out in one hit. I sold today and hoping to buy back on Monday if it is as I suspect. If I am wrong them holders will be celebrating. I will be consoling myself on a modest gain banked.

Well they have plenty of experience and plenty of professional advice. So they ought to be able to sort it out.

Having thought about it. They are required to RTO, having done that they can relist. May not need to sell recent investments. Also possible one may be the target Company. If this caught them on the hop, suspension may be longer than would have otherwise been the case. I am still thinking weeks not months

If they have had a target company in view and have been progressing the RTO over recent weeks you may well be right. When they RTO I am wondering if they would need to sell the recent investments, as they will then have complied with the listing requirements. I am of the view that they will remain in suspension until either they RTO or dispose of recent investments. Obviously I am hoping it comes back after RTO, at a higher sp and retaining recent investments.

Have they got any target Company lined up or are they still looking at a few possibles? Regardless of that it would appear neither of the current investments are connected with any RTO target, which the suspension seems to confirm. Investments in early stage companies are by their nature illiquid and should be considered long term. To comply with their listing they may need to dispose of these investments. I am sure they have enough experience, contacts etc etc to sort it out without loss.` However I suspect it will take time and we will stay suspended a while. Unless they do in fact have an RTO company lined up and are well advanced. In that case I suspect they can get around these issues faster.

I think everyone is tending to think Poland, with the Cyprus connection designed to mask the target and possibly allow Russian money in.
