I have to commend EMV management for their efforts since December last year.

When it does move it could prove explosive.

That trade for 600,000 amounts to more than 2% of the company's shares.

If it was a sale I think we would have seen quite a drop in sp.

A steady stream of good news, maturing investments, an increase in investments, together with

increasing revenue has led to a stagnant and often falling sp.

It is frustrating and I am not going to expect any change in the near future,

However I do believe at some point, even if a few years into the future we will be content.

The profit to pay the dividend was the sale of the RMS stake over the few weeks prior.

We do not know what stake they will sell first - Phasefocus and Paraytec are the favorites

and we have no idea of the scale of profit.

Any sale announcement would probably include declaration of a dividend, rather than a

further announcement at a later date.

The thought is that a tr1 (notification of a significant holding) is in the offing.
An institutional investor or pharmacutical predator has aquired at least 3% of

There is nothing to suggest there will be one.

There are a few no commission new brokerages with smart phone app capabilities
as well as the usual online trading.
As they charge no commission I am guessing the spreads are horrendous.

On Monday 7th November an RNS was published.
Braveheart was notified on 4 November 2022 that Trevor Brown, a director of Braveheart and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, purchased on [4 November 2022] 170,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.079882 per share in an on-market transaction. Trevor Brown now holds a total beneficial interest in 12,599,424 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 19.77 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).

So nothing to do with Velocity Composites - TB used his own cash to purchase more Braveheart shares.

I believe Braveheart have sold some, reducing their stake.
Sometimes when a holder has not participated in a fund raising, the
percentage holding will reduce, with no shares sold.
Velocity Composites do not appear to have had a fund raise and the sp has risen recently.
