I was looking at low 20's after Brown has dumped a load which will no doubt happen with him.

There are endless reasons Directors sell, mostly neutal or negative.
Trevor Brown, with news announced Friday can sell.
He has a lot going on with Chamberlain and may need cash in relation to
his investment in that Company.
I am happy to await the next news indicated at the end of this month.

There is theory and reality.
Eli may well have no plans to bid for Hemo at this time.
However I am sure there have been discussions as to that possibility and
that Hemo may have indicated an acceptable price. One which will change over time.
My understanding is that a predator Company only has to disclose above 3%, every percentage
above that and make a bid when they exceed 30%.
Whilst Hemo have to disclose an approach,but only when it is official.

They are not insiders.
Just happen to be a Company in a collaborative venture with Hemo

No one holding below 3%, outside Hemogenyx, is required to
declare their holding.
The theory is most likely wrong, but as likely as any other.
Mints second Conversion may have been dispersed to myriad Private Investors.
But one poster thinks it all went to one holder, who holding below 3%, has
yet to declare.

Shares from Mints second loan note Conversion on 26th March went to Eli.
They are now working a third Conversion - hence weak sp.
These shares go to Eli who shoot past 3% ( with dilution say over 5%).
SP shooting up, prior to notification they have exceeded 3% holding.
SP much higher and Eli closing on 30% when they announce offer for Hemo,
HEMO Major shareholders have already indicated where an acceptable
offer needs to be and agree acceptance.

Reading your last post Hulver it is hard not to consider the possibility
that Eli might be that holder and that a takeover might be in the offing.
I guess that is your thinking.

Placing of 40,833,333 Shares at 6 pence per share with Trevor
Brown subscribing for 17.5 million.
Current shares in issue 11,291,459 + 40,833,333 + 17,500.000 = 69,624,792
Trevor Brown current holding 3,333,333 + 17,500,000 + 20,833,333
So he will remain just below the 30% avoiding triggering a takeover.

This Director knows things are going well with Eli, who are now bringing back more staff
to their labs.
He does not know if Eli will sign the agreement or bid for the Company, they have said nothing
officially.
Can he buy shares in that situation.
I say Yes.

Next week there will be 38,297,451 shares in issue.
Given all that is going on with Paraytec there really are not
many shares to be had.

Tardyboy has lost out on SYME.
I hope it only made up a small part of his Portfolio.
It is never nice to see a Company go under.
He would do well to buy some Braveheart to make up his loss.

Anyone who holds SYME and comes on here spreading doom and gloom
has my sympathy.
Anyone holding BRH for more than a few days is likely to be well rewarded.

SYME's Business Plan was superb.
Float valued at £227 million, huge Social Media Campaign, suck in huge mumbers of
Private Investors.
Then £224 million of value evaporates.
The suspension caught them before they had transferred all the worthless paper,
but I'm sure they won't be to dissapointed.
They will hope to relist to complete the transfer, however SYME is unlikely to relist.
