Apart from the risk of no rto and delisting, there is the risk of a lengthy
suspension if a deal goes through.
Many will find both unacceptable.
My view is that many small investors are now out and there is a greater percentage
of large holdings than previously.
I am impressed with William Brown.
I believe a lot of effort and networking has gone into
the announcement, preceding the fundraising.
Much has changed over the years and I would not to
sure that this is a spike.
Dud management and litigation is I believe in the
past as ar as Aerotech are concerned.
Brexit will affect all Companies and opinion varies as to positive or negative.
This company is web based, so Global and converts earnings to sterling.
Less affected than a company which trades exclusively with EU countries.
The Nex exchange has evolved platforms and ownership. It originates to provide matched bargain trading on unlisted shares. Unlisted shares beingcompanies not listed on a recognised exchange such as the London stock exchange. These can be private companies, never listed or delisted public companies. Nex now provides trading for some listed companies as well. FTSE Aim allows private companies who would not meet the requirements of the main market to list. That is the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Linked in shows a Michał Kwiatkowski as an employee. Seems unlikely, probably engaged by Highway in seeking a suitable company to reverse into. Appears to be based in Poland, suggesting a Polish or other Eastern European deal.

We now have a significant stake in a very interesting Company. GyroMetric Systems is perhaps not ready to list as a public company, as it is still at an early stage in it's development. As all industrial processes depend on bearings, it's potential is truly global. The fit with drones is not immediately obvious, but I suspect some customers of each can be sold the services of the other. The hint appears to be that the cashflow from Geocurve will support GyroMetric Systems as it continues to grow. The axe taken to the non performing Strat Aero and it's management is already proving beneficial. There are clear benefits in shared office space etc etc. Looking forward to further RNS's which I suspect are not far off.
