Yesterday I predicted an open down on the listing price, then a steady rise.
Wrong - Up on the open and then steady decline.
Looks like they intend to flush out as many Polemos shareholders as they
can today. As there are only 93 and some may have modest holdings it shouldn't
be to difficult.
Tomorrow we will get a better idea.
On current information it looks like we may open tomorrow below 14 pence.

Shareholders - Digitalbox 28 Polemos 93
Add in one or two institutional investors.
So less than 130 shareholders.
MM's presumably will have shares on their books from some of the
28 Digitalbox shareholders.Guess most of them have the rest of their
holdings locked in for the year ahead.
So if they need more tomorrow they will need some from us.
Here is my prediction - a fall from 14 pence on the open, to flush out those
locked in, who will want out at any price.
Then a rapid rise from 9.00 onwards.
Hope to be proved wrong with a open way above 14 pence.

Michael Grade arrives in early April, sp peaks end of May.
Heavily discounted Placing completed at the end of August.
Unnecessary as the Company is Profitable and has resumed growing
steadily, albeit after a few years of contraction with the advent of streaming.
Then the loan notes in September, again not necessary.
Followed by five months of silence until today.

Thanks for the welcome. i have been holding Strat Aero from early last year
and adding.

700k at 1.09

End of January 20.9 million warrants expired and at close of trade this Friday
22nd February a further 58.5 million warrants expire.
All were exercisable at 4.5 pence.

On 12th April a further 612,110 expire exercisable at 22.5 pence.
That leaves a further 370,000 at 10 pence expiring on 1st September.

Lastly there are 22,968 at 160 pence - expire 16th November this year and 49,451
at 100 pence - expire 13th October 2020.
I think we can forget them.

In summary it is only the 370,000 at 10 pence have any potential value and even
those are challenging.

Ok here’s my two pence. NB and TB are considered related parties. So they hold 29.6% collectively DIRECTLY. But the holding via BRH if considered as TBs, would take total holding beyond 30% triggering take over rules.

Secondly TB being in GyroMetric (indirectly via both RMS and BRH) and RMS and BRH probably makes things a bit messy in terms of giving a bigger chunk of gyro to us. The solution is BRH distancing itself from RMS.

I expect news shortly of us upping our stake in Gyro. IMHO only.

However here is my take.
Dismal this week, might slip a little more, next week recovers, maybe towards 1 pence.
Almost 21 million warrants expired last week, another 50.5 million expire on Friday 22nd February - all 4.5 pence.
Only a little over 1 million warrants left, all at 10 pence or above.
So we might even get news, after the market closes, Friday next week.

Left this share a few years ago. i see around March last year ago the sp reached 18 pence.
Since then it has been a steady drop.
I keep an eye as a possible reinvestment.
From news a while back I thought mid 2019 would be a possibility.
Reading today's news I am now thinking never is a stronger possibility.
With funding being an issue in the not to distant future I can see 4 pence in sight soon.
With so many other investment possibilities i am just grateful I do not hold.
