It is our money we give the EU. They then send a much smaller portion back.
Whilst in the club I have no problem improving roads in Roumania etc.
What I object to is a club which has never produced accounts, has Commissioners
who are unelected, an expensive Parliament with no power.
Which constantly moves between Strasbourg and Brussels.
A Westminster who's members are only looking for their EU reward on
deselection etc.
This suggestion that all is well in the EU, when it is clearly failing on so
many fronts is an affront to common sense.
There are constant lie's pedalled by vested interests to block a Democratic
Decision.
You cannot negotiate with the EU, the unelected Politicians.
Either you give in and remain a full member, until it implodes, or you leave
with No Deal.
There will be disruption, which is why I voted Remain, it will pass, which is why
I changed my mind.

Pure conjecture I know.
Braveheart are cash rich, they could inject cash and some Gyrometric
in exchange for more RMS shares.

Right now RMS is constrained cash wise and a contract signed will
if anything strain cash flow further.
Lottohopes has posted the current position with GyroMetric:
RMS hold 58% (could reduce to 53% on exercise of Options)
So allowing for possible Dilution (on SP increase) Braveheart own almost 20% and 27% University/academics
If Braveheart own any of the options adjust accordingly.
The other holders will be well aware of the upside and only a further placing would permit increasing RMS's
holding.
It would be nice but I think we should be pleased to hold the majority stake.
If you are minded to increase your interest in Gyrometric immediately you can do so, indirectly
by buying Braveheart shares.

RivieraRick's 22 sounds close. Personally I would think Gyrometric's workforce is less than 10.
When Strat Aero shut down it's loss making operations some employees went.
120 employees sounds way off, I would think 30 as an upper limit.

Last Year Half Yearly Report was on 13th September and Finals on 6th June.
However we are expecting a Trading Update this week.

A few months ago I made the suggestion OMIP might buy 7DIG from administration.
7DIG's rivals dwarf it in terms of resources and on reflection I doubt OMIP have the
muscle, even buying debt free at a pound, to take it on.
On reflection I doubt OMIP have ever considered such a move.
Which leaves me wondering what OMIP's recent cash building will produce.

draft I've made predictions in the past and looked foolish when those companies have tanked.
However it is hard to understand how Braveheart's sp is this low.
Institutional investors have strict rules on their holdings, with a strong tendency
to invest in FTSE Companies with huge liquidity.
In this case the Market Cap at under £5 million is far too low for most Institutional investors.
So it is one where Private Investors are not on a level playing field, we actually have an advantage.
Apart from Kirkstall, they could exit Paraytec or another.
This possibility of Dividend payment could as others have suggested herald a sale.
Whatever happens I am as confident as I can be that we may see a significant uplift
in the near future.

So it won't be September.

This conference does not start until tomorrow, Tuesday 25th September and lasts
three days. Any deals made, if any, may not be announced until next week.
Still you never know and anything is possible from tomorrow.

For months the new management have been busy
laying the foundations.
Meeting with blue chip companies, training staff and
equipping them with the latest technology.
Regarding Gyrometric, research ongoing and existing
customers growing.
Next week I believe will show if all there work has
