focusIR May 2024 Investor Webinar: Blue Whale, Kavango, Taseko Mines & CQS Natural Resources. Catch up with the webinar here.
Last Year Half Yearly Report was on 13th September and Finals on 6th June.
However we are expecting a Trading Update this week.
A few months ago I made the suggestion OMIP might buy 7DIG from administration.
7DIG's rivals dwarf it in terms of resources and on reflection I doubt OMIP have the
muscle, even buying debt free at a pound, to take it on.
On reflection I doubt OMIP have ever considered such a move.
Which leaves me wondering what OMIP's recent cash building will produce.
Won't take much.
Sizable buys and generally small sells.
Any hint of Volume and we are on the move.
I agree.
It is a fact that a number of Aim shells have reversed with varying results
over the last two years.
Yet here we are with a main market listing and nothing.
That is if we ignore the deal struck last year with a fake Bernie Madoff.
It was possible to pick up quantity at 1 pence. Not sure that is still the case.
The way things are going will OMIP buy 7DIG from administration
or pick them up for a fraction of a penny per share, before they go pop.
draft I've made predictions in the past and looked foolish when those companies have tanked.
However it is hard to understand how Braveheart's sp is this low.
Institutional investors have strict rules on their holdings, with a strong tendency
to invest in FTSE Companies with huge liquidity.
In this case the Market Cap at under £5 million is far too low for most Institutional investors.
So it is one where Private Investors are not on a level playing field, we actually have an advantage.
Apart from Kirkstall, they could exit Paraytec or another.
This possibility of Dividend payment could as others have suggested herald a sale.
Whatever happens I am as confident as I can be that we may see a significant uplift
in the near future.

P866/18 Pet: Braveheart Investment Group Plc for reduction of share Burness Paull LLP.
Is it possible they have the decision, but still tidying up accounts or awaiting further
unrelated News.
As announced on 19th July - An application to the Court will be made shortly, and the procedure is expected to be completed within six to eight weeks.
Turns out that the shortly I took to be days, perhaps a week was in fact almost 6 weeks, that is 27th August
https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/3103853
Then 21 days from 7th September for objections, plus any other objections received.
So it won't be September.
This conference does not start until tomorrow, Tuesday 25th September and lasts
three days. Any deals made, if any, may not be announced until next week.
Still you never know and anything is possible from tomorrow.
their
For months the new management have been busy
laying the foundations.
Meeting with blue chip companies, training staff and
equipping them with the latest technology.
Regarding Gyrometric, research ongoing and existing
customers growing.
Next week I believe will show if all there work has
been fruitful. Fingers crossed.
and I pay 1.25 pence for much less. That is life.
Still looking good for tomorrow

I would not be suprised to see this announcement of Arun Raman joining the Board of InfraStrata putting
a rocket behind the sp.
Some highlights
Earnings per share increased from 0.19 pence to 0.21 pence.
Large uplift in cash from £383,051 to £880,267, £375,000 of that
uplift is new Directors equity investment.
Perhaps not the stellar results we might have anticipated, but
a good base for the future.
Curious there is little interest right now considering what
is in the pipeline.
Drop the E and rearrange the letters.
Looks like we are just about to move.
If Aero moves like Aor I will be very happy.
Reckon that 14.39 trade was a sizable sell.
Matters not, MM's are finding it increasingly hard
to gather enough stock to meet demand.
Another 6 - 8 weeks before we know if they can pay a Dividend.
That is not to say they would, even if they get the green light.
Appears to be plenty of selling today, suggesting i may get a
good entry price, should I wish to add in the near future.
