Well fwiw I am calling the bottom on these now.

Bring on the buyers and milestone payments which will be significant in Q1 2024.

I can wait and have the patience to outlast the short term girations here.

You can twist my words to suit your version but I wasn't disputing the actual claims. But the jury decided they weren't valid after a 5 day trial.

I would rather see Lars carry on growing the business instead of going back to court .

More interested in what went wrong in the court case and if we own any patents at all and if we're going to get our @ollocks cut off by Tesla next year when they sue us.

The court case related to expired patents so cpx doesn't own the ones related to the trial. They expired.

My understanding is 80% of shares are with lth. Yes sellers have been exiting here for months. Again I saw this elsewhere but elsewhere the company delivered gains of 300% plus. Just waiting on news.

Company currently valued at cash and not much else right now.

Looks very oversold to me.

Ongoing projects with cash rich partners could deliver huge milestone payments in the near term.

Reminds me of other plcs I have bought into when hardly anyone wanted to know them when they hit to the bottom. Any recovery could be large and fast, assuming no takeover approach which could be triggered.

Looking ahead, the counter claim by Tesla against CAP-XX is still in its infancy with hearings years away, and so this should not affect the current investment case. We continue to view the company at an exciting tipping point with a strong and growing product range, and an invigorated and incentivised management team and distributors to drive sales growth to profitability ASAP. In the meantime, we continue to await the outcome of new CEO Lars’s sales pipeline analysis.
