Totally on the same page here.

Forget about Maxwell licence etc and move on to focus on what they are doing well.

House Broker already said fair value here at 4p even if the court case went against CPX.

Traders have left the building and just a few late sellers appearing now. Plenty buying the value on offer here at these silly prices.

We know the company is increasing its distributors in India, S Africa and Europe.

Purchase Orders to be received very shortly (as stated by CPX recently).

I can't provide answers to all your questions but:

USA Sales = 22% of CPX incomes, ie 78% is Rest of The World

CPX never had any incomes from Maxwell licence fees so nothing has been lost in terms of incomes to CPX

As usual the market has clearly over reacted to this RNS. Happens all the time, especially when many traders bought in for the Maxell Court Case delivering a huge uplift in the share price.

This court case was for the USA only, it does not invalidate CPX patents elsewhere.

Meanwhile the less emotional ones realise the value on offer here and have been buying the shares at a huge discount this morning. If sellers want to force it any lower then bring it on I say.

Not saying market won't mark cpx down first as many won't be aware of what's happened or the rules around court costs etc (yes there are many who don't read PBBs out there). If MMs take it red they will follow like sheep and so on. Buyers will pick up cheap stock.
