RR records clearly confirm no production since April 2024.

Based on his performance then Lunn is no better than any of the other Directors past and present at PPP plc.

He promised loads (just Evans did too).....neither followed through on delivery

So far the only winner I can see was the dead company secretary.

I am always open to change based on FACTS rather than just opinions or claims that are not supported with real data etc.

I had hoped that after the fiasco since 1 Aug 2024 that SL would deliver, he put out enough RNS updates since being made Chairman to suggest he could or would deliver.

He has failed on all to date. This last RNS was for me the final straw and it's clear SL has been playing us now for months.

Question remains as to what that means for shareholders and I can only assume the worst as I said earlier.

If there is a genuine way to change the narrative here then it needs to happen now because the longer SL goes unchallenged and hides behind LSE rules on disclosure then the weaker it leaves us.

I still don't understand what the new CEO is actually doing, if anything?

Pretty obvious that Lunn has been playing for time all along now.

Failed to get Accounts Published for Full Year and Half Year

Failed to complete the Dutch Auction

Failed to allow shareholders a voice at the AGM today

Failed to communicate with shareholders with useful/relevant information

Appointed new CEO but has either gagged him or isn't giving him anything to actually do

In other words Lunn has totally ineffective, deliberately so in some peoples eyes or because he can't actually manage anything anyway.

Your gut instinct is usually right most of the time.

I agree, feels like all the bad news remains unaddressed and looks likely to remain so under Lunn (even though it was caused originally by others).

Could well be that Lunn's next update will be some sort of cheap deal from GV to take everything in house for peanuts to clear creditors etc. Whether current PPP plc shareholders would see a return? No idea but it does not look good whichever way you cut it at the moment.

A distressed plc is totally vulnerable to an opportunistic takeover. Could even get taken off the market in exchange for shares in GV as a limited company. Anything is possible and likely now as PPP plc cannot pay its way as things stand.

Hopefully an EGM will be called next and BoD will be forced to explain whats going on here.

Really is a joke for a main market plc to be in this position and unacceptable leave shareholders hanging.

We have received confirmation from our auditors that they are unable to complete the audit before the end of April. While this it is less than satisfactory it is a matter outside of the control of the Board of Directors.

As the AGM has been set for the 17th of February 2025, upon advice received, the meeting will be adjourned until such that date as the company is able to present its audited financial statements.
