Every time I have seen a CEO appointed to a plc they always give out interviews or comment on social media but RM remains silent? Why?

And Directors are legally bound too...they can only present signed off accounts to the auditors as Accurate and True

Accurate ie knowing how much debt there is...it's $300k...oh hang on, might a bit more....now it's $600k and we are not sure that's all of it...better delay the audit for another 3 months while we work on that

From last RNS _ clearly the Directors have not finalised their accounts and still don't know the final figures on debts claims....up from US$300,00 to $600,000...that's a 100% difference from what they thought they knew and is probably gong to increase further....investigations are ongoing

Why can't the Directors sign off the accounts as true and accurate?

No one actually knows where the money has gone for months if not years.

The so called assets cannot be valued as assets because the land owners are still owed money for the oil leases

USA Creditors are still demanding debts be repaid and there is the UK court case outcome that could be reversed again if PPP plc can't meet it's promises to repay that debt.

No operating incomes since April 2024, zilch, nothing but still the bills, interest etc have to be paid.

Auditors don't take 3 months ++ to sign off acounts...but they will not even look at accounts that the Directors cannot declare are "true and accurate"...there's the clues you are choosing to ignore as to the continued delays.

Accounts cannot be signed as true by Directors, hence the Auditors cannot accept them.....assets, there are zero assets....New CEO silent as the grave, not one word anywhere on is appointment as CEO of a "main market plc"....not once have I seen that before, never....

No incomes for 9 months apart from apparently £750,000 in placings.....where did that cash go? Last RNS said the fund would be used for "working capital", a posh word for current account spending to pay wages, bills, interest on debts etc.
